About as center as you can get. Clean, open room, good service, nice little breakfast station. Very cool AC even made the room nice and comfortable even during the heatwave. Bathroom could have more counter space to keep our stuff on.

Great location and staff. Quiet Bathroom. Clean and unsafe. Slippery marble floors with Toni g to gang on to. An accident waiting to happen . It’s a simple fix yet it was not addressed.

We had NO a/c for 2 nights/ days . It was very muggy and no air circulating. We were told the government didn’t allow A/C after Oct 20th but then the third night the A/C was turned back on.. it was very uncomfortable !!

They gave me a new room, but it’s smaller than the one I booked.

The location is absolutely amazing — just a 5-minute walk from both the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. There’s also a Sephora store just 2 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Alina, the woman serving coffee and juice at breakfast — she’s super sweet and always smiling. Breakfast is nicely presented, with fresh berries, a wide variety of jams and yogurts in jars, fresh-squeezed juice, tasty croissants, pancakes, and omelets. The showers in the rooms are just WOW — very modern and comfortable. The downside: we had to pay an extra €30 for check-in after 10:30 PM. We arrived at 10:45 PM because our driver struggled to find the hotel and dropped us off in the middle of the street, but we still had to pay. Also, my friend and I were given rooms on different floors, and each floor has its own separate breakfast area, which made things a bit less convenient — but not a huge deal.
