The room was spacious. The breakfast was nice and checkout was at 12pm. It was expensive yet their service wasn't good. We had booked for 3 people and they didn't provide bedding for the sofa. When asked for a blanket ,they told us to come down to the reception and get pillows and blankets at night . The restaurant was not operational for lunch and barely offered us 2 cold sandwiches after a long day of travel. The approach to the reception is really strange. They have closed their main entrance and have opened a side alley where we had to carry suitcases down the stairs to the reception .

One of the best locations I have visited in Rome! A super chill, calm and safe neighbourhood. A very great commection to public transport stops (bus/metro), so easy to get to the city centre and airport. The standard double room is super spacious, I was even surprised. The level of cleanliness is great as well. They look after the rooms quite well. It was a great stay, would definitely come back. The only drawback is that the smart TV had the smart features disabled for some reason (i.e., YouTube, Netflix). Although, the Naples Mercure hotel has the exact same TV and the features are enabled.

We really liked the spacious rooms, the beautiful interior and design, and the friendly staff. We didn’t like the location, as it was quite far from the main areas. In addition, public transportation in Rome—especially the metro—was not very convenient, which made getting around more difficult.

In my opinion, this hotel truly deserves five stars. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. Nothing

Very clean and comfortable room and great terrace and restaurant. The staff were also very friendly, we got great recommendations for sightseeing and a restaurant. In a calm neighborhood, so that most restaurants in the area are closed during August (however, it is well connected to the center via metro).

Free wifi Location near town Friendly staff Insects on bed Tub not clean Room too small

The staff I booked 2 rooms, and they gave us one is the smallest room on the floor and the other one which is the only room without a balcony on the floor! Even though the hotel was not even half full. The rooms are way different than in the picture. I noticed some stains on one of the fresh towels, which was very upsetting.

Also bed comfortable and even you get a bag with beach towel and pillow for the terrace. So I totally recommend this hotel. PS. I have seen other reviews that were bad. I was afraid that's the case but these reviews were wrong. Everything it's just fine.

    - Wifi extremely slow, wasn’t even able to use it. - Filthy/ extremely dirty terrace (we booked room with hot tub). - Housekeeping never replaced toiletries during our 5 nights stay. - One of the nights our AC stopped working during 35 degree hot day and the manager suggested we open the window as they can not do anything else. are you kidding me? - Extremely poor customer service from the front desk/ manager. This hotel should NOT be 4 starts. Overall I do not recommend this place.

Honestly, this hotel was one of the best choices I have ever made in my life. Here are the reasons: -the location was really good. The neighborhood Trieste is a gorgeous, quite district, with cute cafes and restaurants. The hotel was a 5-10 minutes walk away from the nearest metro station. Besides the metro line B1, there were plenty bus lines as well. -The room was stunning. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view from the balcony was breath-taking. Everything was clean and organized. -The staff was absolutely wonderful, really. I want to give a special thanks to Andrea and Arianna from the reception, who helped us out multiple times. They helped us get around the city and gave us tips from their point of view as locals. The other staff members were very welcoming and made us feel at home. -We ate breakfast at the hotel for 15€/person, and it was worth every cent to be honest. The selection of food and drink was exceptional, and there were even vegan options. They made sure we got some plant milk for our coffees, when we asked for it. There was no real complaint that I could mention here.

The staff were lovely and fulfilled our needs immediately every slngle time. The room was clean. The complimentary drinks in fridge were nice. The location was average - 55 min walk to Piazza Poppolo, 10 minute walk to the metro station. The room was very small though we stayed in an upgraded room. We could hardly move and had very little space for luggage. There was not a luggage rack either and I am not a fan of emptying the whole luggage into the wardrobe. The towels were weary and very thin. The shower window was weird, impossible to keep water going out. The room was old and needs renovation.

Nice interior decoration in the room; it’s very spacious and clean. The attendant who checked us in (I’m guessing he was the manager) was very helpful and showed us around the facilities and even showed us how to get around and what to see in Rome without even asking so we were very grateful (free drinks vouchers too!). Only a couple of unpleasantries. Quite a distance away from the main city but easy to get to via buses or metro. We wanted to get a drink at the bar after coming back from the main city but we were immediately told off that we can’t eat ‘outside’ food in the restaurant area as soon as I ONLY placed my takeaway container on the table just to look for my wallet in my bag. We assured him we weren’t going to eat, we were only there to drink but the bar staff insisted on asking his manager if we can eat our takeaway food there or not Breakfast options were great but again, the staff weren’t too welcoming after I politely asked if we could eat outside as there was no room. Instead, there was an exasperated response and it sounded like a huge bother if we sat outside as the waiter had to apparently clean the tables still.
