This property exceeded my expectations and was wonderful for the price.

We liked the staff...on duty all the time. We had a very early check out .They gave good advice for nearby restaurants and were there to help carry our luggage. They were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Sqeakly clean and comfortable room right in the center. Rogel in the reception provided tips and useful information to navigate Rome more efficiently and enjoyably. Special thanks to the room cleaner who made sure my room is clean everytime I request for it. I was also surprised to get a drink to celebrate the new year which I find so thoughtful. None

Location, clean room A very loud noise at night from plumbing system or the air condition.

Location was perfect

The hotel is located on a major city street but I never heard traffic noise in my room. There was a supermarket and a minimarket within a block of the hotel. I bought fruit, juice, panettone for breakfast and whatever else I needed. There were lots of restaurants and gelaterias nearby. I stayed here 9 nights to recuperate after being discharged from the hospital. It was perfect for my needs. The room was small, compact, well-designed. I had a coffee maker and coffee as well as a teakettle and teabags. Somedays my lunch was a cup of soup purchased at the minimarket and I added hot water. This stay in Rome was not in my original plans but if I had to do a repeat, I would definitely stay at this hotel! As an American, I missed not being able to watch English programs on the TV but it was no great loss.

Great stay. Close to most attractions. Amazing service

We were visiting Rome for sightseeing and the location was perfectly close to most of them. Finding it was easy. Very cute little elevator. We were welcomed by the staff and they were very polite and helpful and answered all our questions about the city and restaurant and etc. The room was bigger than we expected. Very clean and we couldn’t find a singe spot of dust in it. Coffee machine, hot water can - huge smart TV 55” with Netflix account. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel that we ever stayed. After a long day or walking in the city we can find relax in it. Pillows in most of places that we stayed was bad but here they were absolutely brilliant (one of the most overlooked detail everywhere). Bathrooms was great with a lot of accessories. 24 hour reception, good WiFi and big wardrobe with hangers fridge and safe. Price was not cheap but worth it. A little thin walls and if there is noisy people outside you hear them but no big deal. Overall it’s very hard to find something to complain about

The hotel is very accessible to all, near to metro, train station and other tourist spot. It is also very clean and staffs are wonderful! They make sure we had everything that we need. They have 24hour receptionist too which is very helpful! None

Location is superb Thin walls but still very good

Location was good. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Bed could have been more comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Hoping that they will be with your hotel as they are warm , friendly and most of all very helpful in giving directions and recommending where to eat.

The place was nice and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't like the stairs. I know there's is a lift but I prefer the stairs.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions and the train station.

Nothing, the worst experience in my life My mother got injured by a glass door in the bathroom… she was in deep pain, but they didn’t have any procedures.. I had to call an ambulance on my own… they didn’t even said I’m sorry please don’t come to this hotel

The location is super convenient—very close to the bus station, which made getting around easy. The bed was a full-sized bed, which felt spacious for a solo traveler. While the room itself is quite small, it worked perfectly for me since I spent most of my time outside exploring museums and the city. There is air conditioning, which is a plus, but it can still get a little warm in the summer, so I’d suggest asking the host about that ahead of time. I’m not sure how the other rooms are for larger groups, but for one person, this place was just right.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were great! The floor was shining clean. Location was wonderful, near a lot of must see sites. There are many stores, restaurants nearby. Transportation was convenient also. The kettle was a great help since we do not drink cold water. Bathroom was nice. However, it was difficult to put everything down. Little surface to rest suit cases, bags and everything else.

Location is great, very clean , comfortable, and a pleasant stay . The only thing that wasn’t good for me was the noise of cleaners chatting in the early hours , and the lack of noise insulation, TV, and next door guests coughing and chatting.
