This is a small boutique hotel in an excellent location by the Spanish Steps . You receive excellent communication after booking from Nicole and other team members. It is a decent size room for Rome standards with a super comfortable bed and large oversized shower. I can’t say enough good things about this accommodation. Book it already. Nothing.

The best location, love the area and the room was quiet and comfortable. Nothing negative just plan on carrying your bags up to the second floor.

The hotel is located in a very nice and calm street, super easy to. Reach. The rooms are clean, and they have a quite enough minibar with a nespresso machine! The room is extremely clean, they do the cleaning every day. The communication is very smooth despite you do not meet anyone in person. All good

Very charming boutique hotel. Everything is done through a virtual concierge but they are super responsive. Amazing area close to restaurants and shopping.

There was no feeling of service, bedroom side tables were very dusty, floor was dusty, didn’t feel extremely clean. Shower in the bedroom which was not advertised or made clear. This makes for a more uncomfortable stay when showering within the bedroom.

But the noise was very bad during the night because of the pump!

Intimate and cosy. Spacious. Comfortable large bed. Good comms with team at sister hotel. Very dark living room, noisy pipes in the bathroom and from upstairs. Duvet cover inexistent, it was wrapped up in two sweets above and below and moving at night. Shower door was not closing properly and water was running out. No breakfast.
