Location Very clean Beautiful rooms Doormen not up to standard from other 5 star hotels Front desk and concierge the same. Not at 5 star standard. Very nice to deal with. But not attractive we had some minor issues that needed to be ask to help more than a couple times before we got help.

the rooms sushi much lower quality than expected with insufficient preparation of the waiter taking orders Breakfast totally inadequate compared to the price paid (tables without towels and poor buffet...)

Being from Toronto Canada visiting the nobu property many times we all felt the Rome Nobu lacked a style and wow factor expected by Nobu. Food was outstanding. Service from doormen to front desk everyone seemed clumsy. Cleaning crew were fantastic

The guest experience staff, Room was spacious and the location is ok service was inconsistent, requests were often delayed or ignored and overall service felt very basic. Housekeeping was also below standard in terms of cleanliness.

The staff was totally professional and very helpful. The location was excellent, the room was outstanding and the amenities were outstanding. Even though everything was nice about the hotel, the staff is what made the stay OUTSTANDING! Great job. Nothing to complain about.

Room was small and had zero view. We don't mind that the room was small but for what we paid you would think there would at least be a view of the street. They also wanted to charge extra for use of the spa facility and an enormous amount for breakfest

Beautiful property and the bar manager was awesome. He will be on Italian TV making his fantastic strawberry purée cocktail.
