Small room without 3 beds although I was told that we would have three twin beds as we were three people. We could not have breakfast just because we arrived after 10 pm

Location Very old and not painted inside the room , walls were a mess , phone didn’t work , couldn’t use lift with out the guy being irritated and rude . Strong smoke in office , he was very grumpy as we came in and for two woman to be traveling alone didn’t feel safe . Bed was like card board . It was cold and couldn’t figure out the heater .

For that money you have more than you need: great location, cleaning every day, clean towels, new bathroom, nice host. If We want to come back to Roma We will Stay in this hotel again. Blanket is a little old and need to be changed, but the heating is strong so you dont need a blankets.

The location was good and the staff was nice to us even though we checked in at night. But the staff doesn’t speak It was very cold. There was no warm blankets. The bed was not clean. We could see hairs from other visitors

The Hotel is in Rome a walking distance to the metro station, great restaurants, the Colosseum and San Giovanni Basilica. The front desk gentlemen were kind and helpful.

Incredibly rude staff. Had to ask for cleaning supplies since the room was dirtier than you can imagine and they were a total nightmare. For real though, bring your own cleaning supplies if you're planning on staying here. Probably a shower curtain too.
