The first code via an app to get into the building was difficult to manage especially for an older couple.

There was no mention of stairs, we needed elevator access for my grandmother. The process to get in the building requires wifi which was spotty sometimes. The amount of doors to enter is excessive.

Room was charming and bed was comfy Getting into this property was like an escape room. The building is not clearly marked. They sent a photo that looked nothing like the door in its current state. Once we found the door there were multiple locks to get through. There is no staff on property, the entire check in process was through door codes and getting buzzed in. No elevator. It took 45 minutes from getting dropped off to get into our room. The area is lively and a lot of street noise, which wasn’t bad. The problem was the constant banging happening from garbage trucks all night. We did not sleep at all!

Location and comfort Window was broken so we couldn't close completely and the street was really loud at night and early in the morning due to supermarket refill at 6AM

Excellent location and quaint home make a unique place to experience Venice as a traveler and not a mere tourist. It is Europe, it is Italy and it is Venice, if you expect American sized bathrooms Europe is not for you. We could have made use of the laundry, it was a shame that it’s not made available for guests.

Location location location! This place is perfect, between the centralized spot, the beautiful rooms and the spacious common area this was an amazing place to stay in the heart of Rome. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a central spot to stay next to great restaurants and shops

Location, location, Very lively area with bars, restraunts, tons of famous food spots steps away. It is 20 min or less walked to several major attractions Vatican City, Trevi, Pantheon, Colossium might be under 30mins. Close to amazing food, shops, and historical sites. Lively area means louder environment till very late

Location close to many restaurants and sites The toilet was missing an actual flush handle, water pressure was poor in bathroom. Ventilation in bathroom not great. No soaps/shampoos provided.

When we arrived to the property at 2am we were unable to gain access to the property. After calling and messaging the property with no response, no body at the property to help us we wandered the streets of Rome with our luggage after 21hrs of flying and attempted to find a new hotel with rooms available for us to stay in. The property said they would give us a refund which has not been received 3 weeks later and has cut all communication with us. Not impressed.

I liked the central location and ambiance of the suite. Most landmarks were within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. The suite had a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a big dining table. The host was very attentive to all needs or wants during the stay. Excellent guest service, which exceeded my expectations.

This is a beautiful historic suite in a wonderful neighborhood in Rome. We loved the location and staying in a character suite. The tub is amazing for those who love baths! We loved he ceiling and floors.Even with the issues described below we would recommend this suite for those who enjoy older buildings and would stay there again when the scaffolding is removed and the bed replaced. The building is under construction and the windows were covered with scaffolding so no light and no atmospheric street view,,,,a reason we selected this suite. That was a huge disappointment. Would rate 9 or 10 without the scaffolding. The bed needs replacing. We had challenges getting into the suite the first time. We were able to get help quickly through Whatsapp.

The apartment was spacious, full of character with very high ceilings. The bathroom was lovely. Once we had learned how to use the e-locks and the key locks they worked well. The location is perfect for restaurants and sightseeing. The positives outweigh the negatives. E- communication only. When we first arrived it would have been nice to have been met at the apartment as we struggled to get in. The only person we met at any time was a lady delivering clean linen. The information book in the room is very limited, eg giving names of good restaurants but no locations. However, the reason we rated this apartment so low was that you cannot see out of any of the windows. They are all completely covered with scaffolding. All natural light is 100% blocked. I am not certain that the windows were totally shut either but I didn’t want to mess with them as they looked like they might be worse afterwards.

The apartment has an amazing style. It is very specious. The location was perfect to explore Rome. -
