Everything was amazing The choices in the breakfast were very little But just the main stuff

I was upgraded and the room was very spacious A bit more lighting in the rooms

The electrical outlets are not next to the bed.

In front of Termini, chic environment, good breakfast and restaurant. Rooms have refrigerator and the hotel has a gym center.

The staff was absolutely amazing, starting with Marco at Recption. They treated me like gold. They even held a large package for someone to pick up for me after I had checked out. JUST OUTSTANDING!

The stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, I’ve never experienced such great service, they clean your room 2-3 times a day, they don’t bother you, Mr Daniele and Mr fabrizio from front desk are super super helpful and quick to answer any request you might have, the experience was nothing short of luxurious and exceptional, thank you for making it a memorable honeymoon

Most Staff was great !! Location far from everything had to taxi everywhere. Expensive hotel, pillows uncomfortable! Room was big but not comfortable, pillows are horrible. Had to taxi everywhere very costly. Elevators tiny ! Most staffing good some were not. Valet expensive. Room never really chilled.

Perfect location (next to Termini station), beautiful room and fantastic spa area. All employees are sweet and friendly. We also loved the rooftop bar. I hate the hotels that ask you for a spa entrance fee (are facilities not the reason why you book a hotel?), but first time I felt like it was worth to pay - the spa was great.

The property is great, it’s close to the Roma termini train station which is very convenient. The staff at the property is very friendly and genuinely nice. Rooms are in excellent condition too as on May 2026. Overall, a great hotel and worth every penny spent.

Rome hotel We highly recommend this hotel for the friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful and spacious rooms and suites, as well as the delightful breakfast and dining menus. We look forward to returning on the next trip to Rome. All was great!

The breakfast at this hotel is the best I have ever had. Wonderful buffet in the dining room and the staff were phenomenal, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate staying here the next time we travel to Rome.

It wasnt clean at all although they told me i had been upgraded to a suite, so if this is their. Suite then its disaster , only the room was very big but wasnt clean old furniture smell of the bathroom in the whole room ,was bad experience, staff were rude and not helpful , and quiet expensive for nothing

Great location. Very classy and modern. A heavy mold and mildew smell in the bathroom from an apparently leak, but I was offered a free breakfast as compensation, which was very kind of them.
