Room is not looking as advertised. No balcony.

Very cozy and big aparment in quiet surroundings. The have good breakfast as option. The nearest metro station in few kilometers away
-
The cleanliness, the staff, the expresso and the breakfast. About 1/2 mile to nearest store or grocery. This was only a very slight inconvenience. Shower was a little slippery with no handrails.

The surrounding area is quiet, green, and very beautiful and you’ll find plenty of cafes and small shops in the area (up to 15 minutes walking). The hotel is quite far from everything you might want to see in Rome, but that’s the trade-off for the affordable price. The trip to the city center doesn’t take very long (up to 45 minutes), but you’ll need to walk or take a bus near the hotel and then transfer to the metro, which will take you anywhere you want to go.

Everything! The staff were soo lovely and the rooms were spacious and nice! Breakfast in the morning was filling and the chef was generous and kind. The air conditioning didn’t work but then again it wasn’t hot enough for it to be used! Not a major problem atall tho

Great location, 15 mins by bus to Vatican and 30 mins to Termini station. Staff was very friendly and let us store some bags in the morning before our check in Pillow was not comfy, hard. Also can't borrow the microwave to heat up food, most other hotels would let you do so. Our toilets smelled like cigarette due to poor ventilation, even when our exhaust was left on the whole night

Good location. Friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet area of Rome. Corneli metro station was only 900m away.

Bedside is small No things

i liked that staff was friendly and helpful(about the places and stuff) i didnt like that there was no hot water(during my five days stay there was only 1 day when water was hot only for 20-25 minutes) no slippers, room was very cold if you wanted less colder you had to turn on very loud AC that was very uncomfortable during night. No toothbrush or toothpaste and bathroom was also very cold. This property would work if you want to spend several hours there, not for long term.

we liked that it was pretty walkable and about 30-40 min walk to the Vatican. there was a nice park close by too. the room was clean, good for a night or two. We thought it was odd that the staff made us leave our room keys with them at the front desk even though we had checked in. never seen this before in a hotel. The staff was kind and they said, “it was for security reasons”. Also, the safe in the room required notifying staff before using it, which I feel kinda defeats the purpose.

Staff were wonderful. Great location. Beds were not the comfiest, but also not bad. Walls were a bit thin, so we could hear burps from our neighbor’s room.

Very clean and large room, good breakfast and coffe... A good and quiet location about 10 min to metro station Cornelia from there you can reach easily the Vatican( Ottaviano station), termini, coloseum etc... Also if you want you can go directly to the ciampino aeroport ( metro to cinecita and from there with bus 520 directly to ciampino aeroport). Good value for money It was great so I hope I will come again. Thank you

Fantastic stay ? Hospitality, clean rooms and big toilet

It was quite clean in the hotel itself and in our room. The staff was always on site and friendly. The man who made breakfasts was very nice and friendly, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. Breakfasts for 7.5 euros are not bad, any drinks to choose from, croissants, pies, eggs, etc. We booked a room a week before the trip and paid everything online, but when we arrived at the hotel, the young guy at the reception said that if we do not have an Italian passport, we must pay an additional 36 euros in tax for 3 nights, which is completely absurd and they specifically say this when you just arrived and not in advance, because they know that you will not find another hotel and will not want to go anywhere. I think that this is a common deception of tourists and that at least they should write about this in messages after they made a reservation. And the second problem was the poor soundproofing in the room, the thickness of the walls is very thin and we literally heard how in the next room they were stretching a backpack, rustling bags, etc., very often someone from above was rearranging the furniture

Everything was fine. We knew it was far away, but we could easily reach the center by metro or bus. The waiting time was acceptable. However, the hotel staff, especially the man at the entrance, could have been a bit more welcoming. Also, the room felt more suited for Christians. Okay, that’s possible, but we came for vacation, not for worship. They should have mentioned this on Booking. We even found a Jesus cross in the drawer

The rooms are big , the toilet and the view is good. The hotel near by bus station and you need to walk 5 min for Monorail.
