The street has a bar so it was a bit noisy

Convenient to train station when traveling with luggage. AC works well Was not notified in advance we needed cash to pay for the Italy taxes, and was no communication on how to check in and was blind sided that we had to pay in euros.

Reasonable sized clean room The lock to enter the front door was incredibly difficult to open as the key provided and the lock were very old. The shower leaked over the floor and the shower handle and slider were broken so you had to hold the shower head to shower.

Sheets were clean and smells good, towels were provided. WIFI was not working. staff was rude and not helpful. There’s a bar downstairs wherein you can hear their noise.

I didn't like anything at all. The manager is a rude man who claimed I didn't inform him I was arriving late in my flight from Madrid - Mexico - Houston. He is incorrect because I inform him in my first communication to him when I made the reservation. It was 3 am in the middle of the night threatening to put me in the street is I didn't pay him for nor supposedly inform him I was arriving in the middle of the night. We argued very strongly about it. To put it in diplomatic terms, It was awful. He took money from me. I had no choice. I was hungry, feeling cold and tired after a long international flight. There are many more things I have to say, sufficient for now. He lied to us. More things to say.

The room is clean and the staff is accommodating. Great location for transportation, restaurants. There is additional fee to use aircondition.

Nice decor. Location is a short walk from main station. Pleasant enough. Noise at night from bar on street below. Shower was small and had a leak. Had to ask for toilet paper. Bed cover had stains.

La ubicación The mattress is too old and bad condition Too much noise on the night because there is a bar near the hotel. The pillows are to hard. There is not shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The owner do not give any minute of tolerance, the check out is at ten and he is knocking the door on this time
