The residence offered a wonderful stay in Grottaferrata, very peaceful and quiet with lots of green. Highly recommend Though I had a wonderful stay, it is a 15-20 min walk to town and I would recommend having a car.

Everything is amazing at the Verde Borgo Hotel. We loved the days we spent there. The staff are wonderful, the restaurant is one of the best in town, the environment is pleasant.

The garden is beautiful and the location is alright. The staff has been helpful. A bus stop at 2 minutes walking from the hotel, takes you to the metro. Metro takes you to Rome. If the bus shows (we were very lucky twice but we were told that is not guaranteed), it takes you around an hour/ hour and a half to get to Rome. Upon arrival the service was perceived by us as not very Welcoming. Later, the staff had been very helpful. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were not as expected for the price. Spider webs, dust and stains. Mostly, the noise. You can hear the toilet of the neighbors flush, you can hear the television from next door, you can hear others having conversations. We were above the restaurant and kitchen, constantly sounds in the evening, even at 1am the sound of cutlery being moved/cleaned.

The gardens were beautiful and we were able to sit outside for all our meals which was very special The breakfast choices were limited but sufficient for us before we set off to the airport

Extremely helpful manager and staff. Before our trip we were warned about difficulties with taxis around Rome but the two taxi drivers used by the hotel were prompt, friendly and drove safely!

Very nice location, they have a very good restaurant also. We booked and paid for a larger room and received a smaller one. They agreed to give us the correct room only for the next night, but the price difference was not refunded.

The male receptionist was incredibly rude, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. The location is unaccessible; we had to walk for 30 minutes in the middle of nowhere and then wait for about an hour because public transportation in Italy is unreliable. Taxi fares to and from the airport exceed a hundred euros. I am giving the hotel room itself a rating of 2/10.
