Residenza Cola di Rienzo - Suite in Rome

Tiny but very nice room. It has everything you need; good bed, clean bathroom, airconditioning and a mini refrigerator. We didn’t use the TV bit you could stream through your own accounts.

Location, easy communication with management, cleanliness. Room too small

I liked location, it’s literally close to everything especially vatican. We didn’t have the most comfortable beds. Pillows were bit stiff and also we didn’t have warm blankets but temperature was ok.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful, very quick to respond and answer our questions. Location was really good with both the Vatican and Romes city Center were within walking distance. The suite was very clean, and quiet.

It was very central to all our places of interest.

One of the bathroom switches that turns on the light broke after a few minutes being inside the room. The door to the shower came off loose. There is very little space for your legs while sitting in the toilet. A very small shower, the shower in the cruise was bigger, just to get an idea of how small it was. It was not terrible, but needs some minor maintenance.

The staff are accommodating. Mr. Jun Dones and his assistant were always there for help. The location is very good. The shower part of the Bathroom is tiny. One can hardly move to adjust the ware temperature.

absolutely great location and perfect service!

It is close to my kid’s college. The gentleman cleaning and maintaining the place is very friendly and nice. The fact that every time we shut the door with noise level of slightly more than a pin drop, we were greeted by a “SHH” as if we need to be in complete silence. I would expect to walk in and out of hotel room without feeling I need to tip toe everywhere. Every time we see the manager there, we were reminded to close the door VERY gently which is very annoying. We were not loud with any stretch of imagination. In any event, I definitely do Not recommend staying here as you’d feel, you’re being watched at all times.

Location and staff Lift to get to the property which is on the 3rd floor 1. Crampy room , the sofa was converted into a bed which was too small and uncomfortable for our teenage son 2. Bathroom too small, barely one can stand 3. Breakfast is outsourced to a cafe/restaurant close to the property. The options are too limited (not an American breakfast) and the owner/staff is too rude. This brought down the overall rating of the property by 2 points

A very nice position, clean and kind guest

The location is perfect & the host was excellent, he provided us with maps of all the tourist places to see. The accomadation is old school but you feel like you are a true Rome resident. The breakfast is a coffee & pastry in a little restaurant beside the accomadation. You are also within walking distance from the airport shuttle bus stop.

The location near the Castello Sant’Angello and the Vatican is perfect. The staff has been very nice and the room was clean and convenient. We will come back
