Every time I come to Italy, especially Rome, I feel like I am home. This country with its rich history and culture, amaz

Your staying in an actual palace in the middle of Rome. We even were given a tour of the property by an actual princess. So cool! It needs to be updated and cared for better at the price point. We have stayed at other estates the same age and found those better maintained. The hotel service ends at daily cleaning and feels more like you’re staying at a AirBnB.

One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Looks better in person.

The palazzo is absolutely stunning and you couldn't ask for a better location. I think that the towels need to be changed, reminds me of towels at a Holiday Inn. It was also very difficult to make coffee or tea in the room as the only outlet to use was in the bathroom.

Unbelievable experience! We literally stayed in a palace. We had access to multiple living rooms and a dining room. The space and entire stay was like something from a fairytale. And the owner gave us a historical tour of the property when we checked out. And the Spanish Steps are a block away. I can’t believe this is on booking.com.

Location and unusual apartment

Location and staff Run down and dusty. It was a bit sad see a place So glorious not as well taken care of. I should have more stuff on hand to maintain the place. It is a glorious Palazzo. An honor to experience, but I had hoped for a little more elegance and refinement.

Exceptional location and very unique property. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a very large two bedroom suite with terrace space. Only improvements are that It could use a paint touch up on walls and trim and the upholstery on chairs and some of the linens were quite worn.

Staff and property were AMAZING.

Beautiful!!!, great area, quiet, good water pressure, lots of hot water, and staff very helpful . Nothing.

Marvelous and historical building in the most elegant location of Rome, so close to everything one can imagine, very courteous and accommodating staff N/A

Location I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the accommodations during my recent stay. Specifically, the entrance to the room was located behind a closet door midway up the staircase. I found this arrangement to be unacceptable and downgrading for travelers. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience.

The size of the rooms, location, private and quiet Could not fault it

2 room plus bathroom accommodation was very comfortable and well appointed. It is right near the Spanish Steps and lots of places of interest in Rome. Regardless if being in the center of town, the place was very quiet at night. It was like living in a palace!

To start the location puts you right in the middle of one of the nicest areas of Rome. It was central enough that we walked to all the important monuments, the spanish steps are very close by, but doesn't drop you right in the middle of the massive crowds. The opulence of the place was that of royalty. A treasure trove of antique art and furniture, beautifully decorates this luxurious residenza. This place is about as perfect as a historical stay that you can imagine. Bonus, the cutest host welcomes you, a precious tiny little dog that belongs to the gracious owner who is a princess!! Will never forget my stay here!! While it was very intimate and exclusive I would have enjoyed being offered the option to order something as indulgent as breakfast in bed. But honestly I am just trying to find something to complain about.

only that we had to leave for Florence!

Very special room. Overall the place was nice and the Location is amazing.
-
History and the elegance. I would update the towels to thicker and softer to give it more elegance like the room. It should also have bathrobes and large glass water bottle. Again, this is to elevate it to a five star like Four Seasons and Ritz.

You feel like Royalty.

Beautiful, historic palazzo residence. Only stayed one night, but loved the gorgeous rooms, genuine antique furnishings, ornate rooms. Helpful staff at check in, very communicative via WhatsApp. Large rooms, central location. Nothing.
