Cozy stay just around the corner from colosseum. Plenty of space and fully stocked with everything you need to meet your bathroom and kitchen needs. We were unable to locate the light switch for the kitchen. The apartment is located within the ZTL zone. There is a parking garage directly across the street that is triple the cost of other garages in the area.

Amazing location and very comfortable! The bathroom was nice, and the location is right by the colosseum!! Can’t beat it for the price! N/A

There was a lot to like about B&B Santi Quattro Al Colosseo! The main thing is its location: it is so close to the Colosseum, which also means it is close to other sites as well as a Metro stop. It was also very comfortable, Francesca made check in (and all additional communication) super easy, and you get a discount to a nearby (and delicious!) restaurant. We felt safe walking around at night as well as in the building. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, spacious, comfort, clean, friendly and helpful host, value to money, near taxi stand. Could've more body shampoo

The room smelled a little musty. Almost like mildew. Was not bad enough to want to complain

The air conditioning was making a noise

Great communication with the lady who rented the apartment. It was amazingly quiet for the location, which was very close to the Colosseum. It was like we were in a huge building all alone. Our check in didn't go so well because at some point the location was changed and I did not realize it. So, this was partially my fault. We went to the first address she gave us.

Host was welcoming and very clear with instructions. Great location. Fresh water in mini fridge. Coffee maker. Room was a little austere. One chair and desk so no place to sit other than the bed. However there were tables and chairs outside the room which is nice.

Location was PERFECT, easy walk to Colosseum. Also, booking agency told us we had breakfast included, which, it turns out, we apparently did not. However, the owner/manager honored that booking agency commitment and gave us a hot breakfast, included, which was very nice of them, and appreciated! Little sidewalk cafes nearby were nice for dinners, too. The bathroom was EXCEPTIONAL, large and with a very nice shower. The bed was plenty large enough, but very low and a little soft for our tastes. Maybe adding a box spring to bring it up a bit for our older knees would have been nice! Also, for some reason, the recycling people needed to remove all the glass bottles from recycling bins below our room at about 3 AM, which was an incredible clinking racket! Don't think the owner can do much about that, but for light sleepers, that could be an issue. Maybe bring earplugs.

Everything here was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location was fab - yards from the Colosseum and super close to the metro station for travelling further afield. The room was comfortable, everything was there - toiletries, towels, tea, coffee. And the little kitchen and dining area (with complimentary breakfast pastries each day) was super useful. The staff came in every day and topped everything up and made the beds. It was lovely and quiet sleeping here, but with plenty of restaurants very close by for meals. Francesca, in particular, was amazing. She was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. She really did go above and beyond for us. Nothing, a perfect stay.

This was a great place for us to stay in Rome. It's very centrally located, right across from the Colosseum. The room itself was large and comfortable. The host was communicative, although we didn't meet her in person. The restaurant associated with the inn was right down the street and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and dinner there. We missed a few days of breakfast because it wasn't available until 8:30, which doesn't work if you have early tours booked that require traveling by metro. There were a few issues with the hot water, but the host was responsive.
