The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The facilities are state of the art and the location is unique. The room might be the best in Rome. I think the culinary experience should be upgraded given all the incredible ingredients you can find in a city like Rome. Maybe reduce the breakfast options but offer fresher pastries/ breads. After the first breakfast, we were not looking forward to eat in the hotel, so we decided to eat outside.

Located in a beautiful building that was The Bank of Rome. Trying to find something I don’t like. Still trying.

Nothing to like other than the location. The rooms are not well designed. Our suite didn't have any walk-in closet and there are no fruits or refreshments for snacking which is a standard for ultra-luxury suites. The check-in is nice but the staff doesn't care about you post check-in. Everyone - Concierge, the lobby boys (in white t-shirt) and the breakfast area staff is more interested in talking over you. The Concierge messed up our booking for guided tour to the Colosseum and would not even offer an apology. The lobby boys are there just to stare at you other than rarely saying a 'Ciao'. We asked for a scissors for my kid as he was making some drawings and the lobby boy that brought it was unhappy that we didn't return it immediately. During our 5 nights stay, he would simply stare at us. The breakfast area staff needs to learn how to wear a smile. They felt extremely uninterested in their job. One of the waitress folded our napkins while we were still eating. Please get your staff trained in basic hygiene. The breakfast menu is extremely limited. During the check-out, we waited for 20-25 minutes for our luggage to be brought down. Overall, a very poor experience with the hotel offering nothing special other than uninterested staff. I could not find a single staff who appears to have any experience.
