Modern nicely presented hotel Room not available until 3:30 pm despite various assurances that it was nearly ready. Pool not available due to maintenance. Very disappointing as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Attitude of staff! Fridge in room not working. No spare toilet paper in room.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive that we genuinely felt at home. The concierge team was exceptional — they arranged all of our dinner reservations and were incredibly helpful with everything we needed. A very special thank you to Mark from the concierge team; he was amazing and truly made our stay even more special. Nothing

Room absolutely awful: not the room booked, assigned ADA room, super thin set of twin mattresses (super uncomfortable), tiny shower with no water pressure (had to stop bathing for few minutes to get limited hot water again). At $1.4k/night, hard pass

They upgraded us upon arrival for a social celebration without asking and had Prosecco waiting for us on arrival. But out of the way from the main tourist hotspots but a short taxi ride fixed that.
