Cleanliness and accessibility The room was advertised suitable for 4 adults but the 4th bed was a small foldable bed, which was very low and was not suiatble for an adult. This was reported to the owner and he/ she did not even reply back on the matter.

Nice location, quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance to all major places in Rome. Bathroom condition: The bathroom was cleaned, but it is very old and looks unclean. There was black mold on the walls, which made it uncomfortable to use. Check-in process: The check-in process was not clear. There is no reception, and in the morning some visitors rang the doorbell for about 20 minutes, waking up the entire hotel. At that moment, we did not know if we were supposed to help or what to do. Breakfast service: Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is a nice idea. However, the system is not clearly explained. If you do not order breakfast on time, it will not be delivered, and this was not communicated clearly. One day we did not receive the order form and thought breakfast would be prepared based on the previous order, but it was not. The hotel then suggested that we go out for breakfast and compensated us for it, which was kind of them, but it still made the experience more complicated than expected.

I liked the big size of the room and the availability of extra beds. Breakfast needs to be ordered the day before and sent to the management via WhatsApp: poor choice and if you change your mind there is no way to change it. Good location We entered in the room and we were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke: for sure someone smoked in the room before! In the room was freezing cold, my wife kept the jacket on during our stay. On the side of the bed, not on it, I found dust and hair. Oh yes, I could complain with an inexistent reception :) By the way, why on your site and Google map this venue is described as a 3 star hotel while is only a Guest House? Misleading advertising?
