Prior to my trip in 2026, I first stayed here in 2014. This hotel is located in an elegant neighborhood with lots of embassies. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s not located in central Rome, which I find appealing in the high season because it gives you a break from the throngs of tourists. The property has nice flowering plants on the outside. My higher tier room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The Wifi worked well. The property is showing some signs of wear compared to what I saw in 2014. The carpets in the hallways, while clean, are worn in places. The AC unit in my room, while cooling well enough, could only be turned on or off by front desk staff, presumably using the breaker box. There is a lovely veranda (porch) on this property, but the staff members were instructed to keep plastic curtains down, which limited air circulation.

Grreat location in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees. The building itself has its own charm. The staff is polite, helpful and welcoming. Nice design of public spaces and the room. The bathroom was equipped with shaving, dental and amenity kits. Good quality of bed linen and towels. The breakfast is good, not with an extensive choice, but definitely there is something to start the day with, including fresh orange juice, squeezed on request. I was staying in the room 24, the omm could use some renovation and repairs. There are no unused power sockets available. If you want to charge your phone, you need to unplug something. The mattress was "tyred". The TV is very small, like 24'or 26', basically it is a computer display.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Breakfast could have more vegetables and variety (tomato, cucumber, salad, bell pepper).

The place is really nice. The morning receptionist was excellently friendly, and helped us with everything. We had good caffee, and good breakfast, and the room was totally nice and big. We had a morning when we needed to left the villa at 7:00. The breakfast was from 7:30, and when I asked if we can get anything, the answere was: not, but in Rome there are lot places where we can buy some breakfast.

Quiet, big room, great breakfast. We’ve been coming here for over ten years, and will continue doing so! Room Keys need to be ‘remagnetised’ frequently! But not really a problem
