Courtyard by Marriott Roseville Galleria Mall/Creekside Ridge Drive

One major issue: The guy in the room next to us was watching TV; sounded like an action movie, at about 2AM. The sound came right through the adjoining door, and literally kept me awake for over two hours.

The hotel itself was great, but the staff and onsite restaurant were awful. I chose this hotel specifically for the onsite restaurant and bar, as we were attending a concert that night and wanted to get drinks and dinner beforehand. We couldn't order because no one was working the restaurant (at 5pm) and the front desk said they "stepped out" for awhile. No drinks could be ordered either. In the morning, we really needed coffee at 9am and the whole restaurant was dark. There were no options for coffee in the lobby, front desk, or restaurant. The gym was great, but the service and staff seemed to not be present (ever!).

The hotel was very clean. The doors close at night so that was very comforting that a staff member had to open the door for us to get in after the concert. I felt safe and cozy in my room knowing that. They have an actual Starbucks in the lobby so coffee was great but could have had a better selection for breakfast.

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to check us in.

Somehow one of the mattress felt that spring has gone old and need to be replaced.

It was a great experience

Close to shopping and freeways. Also close to entertainment.

The hotel is in a great location and well situated. The room was very large and appeared clean the pull out was for only 1 single person, and when we pulled it out at 11 pm at night.. ( i had indicated on my reservation I was bringing minors), there was absolutely no bedding on the bed or in any of the closets. We called for delivery and it was done promptly. The pull out was terrible... metal springs and just low quality and only fit 1 person. The tv in the bedroom was not connected to the remote and we never figured it out. ... and just 3 towels? for a king suite? Additionally, I arrived at 1535 hours and was told my room would be ready at 1600 hours and the desk would text me. We went to an early dinner and waited for the text that never came... went back at 1730 and room was ready, but i was never contacted. Finally... the room attendant came and knocked on our door at 0920 hours asking if we were leaving? Checkout is at 11 am? We felt like we were being pushed out.

One issue was the people upstairs from us allowed their kids to jump and run loudly for about an hour after we went to sleep (started around 10:30). Not very polite. But not within the hotel’s control.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean

Had to pay fee to park more than one car.
