Great help staff

Anyway - Our stay also included a "free breakfast" which amounted to pre-packaged hard boiled eggs, bagels in individual packages (and hard as a rock), yoghurt full of sugar, and an orange... it was very odd. The property is dated, but clean, and our room was okay... served the purpose... but would I stay there again? Probably not.

Another inconvenience at this location, they only have 2 luggage carts. For all these rooms, they should have so many more than just 2. Imagine missing a flight because you have to make 5 trips for luggage because the hotel doesn’t have any carts available. Room keycards repetitively loose their programming, and you have to visit the front desk to reprogram them over and over. This is very helpful while loading your vehicle in the early morning for work in a hurry without your luggage cart. (Sarcasm) Also, breakfast is just snacks. For the price they can do better. And they make you order your snacks the night before.

Could do better with cleaning. Smells like wet mold inside

The AC was only in the front room if the suite and you had to use a fan in the main room that sucked the air from the living room area into the main bedroom. Not ideal when every day was in the high 90’s. The stay included daily breakfast but nothing was downstairs in the morning. We were never told that each night before you had to fill out a form at the front desk and then you pick up your food in the morning for a grab and go. Also you cannot allow your card key for your room to be near any electronic device, Apple Watch, cell phone, air buds anything otherwise is deactivated your room key card. Such a strange place to stay.

Old. Weathered. Out of style. Well maintained room. But gave remodel vibes. Breakfast was a list your turned in to the front desk and they out in a sack to go. No hot food. Kinda scummy people staying there. Lots if smoking around the front entrance. Would not feel comfortable there at night. Argued about my service dog, trying to charge me a pet fee. Front desk girl was young and clueless. Laundry room was filthy. The actual room was decent if you are trying to save money. They charge you 12 dollars per night to park your car in their parking lot while you stay at their hotel. What? I travel a lot. Never been charged for parking in the hotel, normal outdoor regular parking lot. Stupid fees. Lots of room to do my paperwork. The suite was spacious. The comforter thing and flimsy and mattress was of poor quality. I needed a quick cheap play to stay so it was that. But put some money into this property. It could be way freaking better. It was like a 1970’s hotel.

The room was quiet, spacious and well maintained. There is a full kitchen in the room. The TV was small and not in a location where you can lie in bed and watch it. The front staff was not very helpful and there is a $12 per night additional parking fee.

Very loud as my room was next to the freeway
-
We were very satisfied with room, staff, and parking. The breakfast was ok.
-
Good location, but the room was undermined by a persistent musky odor, including on the sheets. Ventilation made little difference. The television displayed a noticeable blue tint and was positioned awkwardly by bedside.
-
The twelve dollar parking fee was a new unwelcome twist that we’ve never experienced in the past. That maybe a deal breaker in the future.

Rude staff at front desk

The only two nice things I can say are … pretty ledger stone entrance sign as if this was a nice property and hot shower.

Staff kind. We've stayed here a number of times over the years. Less favorable this time around. More expensive, now charge for parking which is new, breakfast not good, don't like having to cart to room instead of downstairs, no creamers for coffee-not neglect, apparently by design, enjoyed cookies previously, not out at 5 or 6 as told by staff. Air conditioner noisy which was historically true in past.

This used to be a top of the line hotel, but some things have changed. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had 3 people in our room and plenty of towels but only 2 wash rags. They have a grab and go breakfast which means you fill out a slip and put your order in the night before and tell them when you want to pick it up the next morning. The breakfasts were like Jimmy Dean Sausage Muffin, which was actually a bagel. You have to cook it. The bagel was inedible. There was also a breakfast burrito, which had the same problem. Today (Saturday) was hard boiled eggs, danish, chocolate chip waffle, yogurt, etc. I booked here because they used to have a good continental breakfast. Not worth the money I paid for the room I rented. Will read the details closer wherever I book for my next trip.

I was only there for a single night as I was on a business trip. I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and it was quiet.
-
The order ahead breakfast was different.

Not good experience. Will not stay next time.

Room was clean, loved having a kitchen and it was in close proximity to my trade show and all the restaurants. The property could be updated a little, the carpet etc.
