The customer service was amazing and the staff were so kind to me and my partner. The price was really good and the quality of facilities and service were amazing. I’ll be staying there again !! For sure Nothing

The location and facilities. We like the size of the room and the beds. Some of the equipment could have been better. E.g. the knives for cooking were blunt but the plates and pans are nice. We suggest bring your own kitchenware if plannimg to stay for long.

Staff member was friendly. 1) We had 2 single beds and 1 double bed. All 3 sheets on the bed were very dirty. Had dog hair, human hair, blood stain. They changed the sheets and ask as to come back in 15 minutes. When we come back the 2 single beds where fine but the double bed had still not been changed. Had lots off different hair on the sheets. Eg dog hair. Got changed again. Next lot off sheets had blood stain on them. Got changed again. 2) the floor in the unit had not been vacuumed. Food under the coffee table. Floor altogether was dirty. 3) cups etc were dirty. Had hair in them. Cups etc were still wet. 4) the unit it self needs to be upgraded. Very run down. Tap in the kitchen was broken. Couch was stained. Some Jets in the spa bath didn't work. Couch had dog hair on it. 5) people were smoking drugs 6) dirty towel under single bed, bottle under another bed. 7) I had a flee crawling on me.

Good room

Very nice tidy clean room, People kept coming in and out of the property all night, and could hear thumping, and groups of people talking outside my room at 3 in the morning. Which kept waking me up

Nothing Bathroom, specially Bathtub it was’t in condition that someone can use. Not enough Utensils (just a single spoon), Dishes not cleaned properly, Towels were smelling very bad that had to buy from outside. Plug points not working, TV was not getting turn on.

Good staff. Location good. Very tired unit. Wash basin needs replacing. Could have been cleaner, cigarette butt on bathroom floor. Table very unstable. Unit needs upgrading.

Getting woken up at 5:30am ..the water pump filter that was very loud woke me up twice outside my room... Checked the bed sheets it wasn't clean it had food stains on the sheets and hair and marks on the pillows.. it looked like the sheets hadnt got changed at all ....the bed was made to make it look nice and clean ..... booked and paid for the hot tub in my room it didn't even work ... shower had no pressure .not worth $268.000 for two nights...uncomfortable bed and pillows...cooking facility's not worth using...

I liked that mine and partners room was quite private and hidden compared to other rooms at this motel. The sky tv was good. I loved the spa bath, although the jets weren’t working. I thought this motel was much more open, but it’s just a whole bunch of rooms shoved into a box on a small piece of land. & I didn’t like the parking. Also the traffic was hella loud on Saturday night being right next to the road.

Lovely host Central position. Nice and warm Clean

Very central and was comfortable for us with our dog. Unfortunately there were some ferals still living there and attempted breaking to a car. So a bit noisy!

The fact that we could have our fur baby stay with us Spa bath wasn't working
