The pool was absolutely amazing. I would recommend staying here. The beds were so comfy. Lovely host. Spa was abit to hot for me.

Me & my partner were greeted on arrival by lovely staff, she showed us to our room and provided milk. So nice to enter into a clean, warm room. Heaters were put on for us prior to arrival, and I really appreciate this as i was cold from the trip. Room itself is well equipped, with everything you need, lots of towels, warm and comfy bed, even the chairs are very comfortable. 2 tvs both with Netflix.The pool area is inviting, exactly like the photos. We had a private spa, and this was great to relax in, i had an early morning spa prior to check out. Close to town and resteraunts. Have already booked a 2 bedroom apartment for our next stay,this time we are bringing the kids back here with us. Wanted the spa temp to be warmer it was luke warm feeling

We LOVED our time here, a very high quality hotel with lovely warm and clean rooms, wonderful furnishings with a private spa in our room. We used the outside pool a lot as well and it was such a luxury. The hotel is in a quiet area and very close to the town centre. The staff at the hotel were so lovely and friendly, I can't remember the last time we got a bottle of fresh milk, this was such a nice touch. Wonderful stay!

Nice and warm during NZ winter. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub. Overall nice motel and friendly receptionist. Would stay again if in Rotorua again. If I had to nit pick maybe a bigger tv would be nice. Other than that cant really fault the place

The Host Teresa is so beautiful and her customer service is on point from the time I called she was OK with us to check in early. From the moment we arrived she was welcoming and just had a caring and soft nature Even her staff are friendly and lovely. The property was clean warm nice and cosy it had everything we needed Bonus having a Hot Tub in our room and the spa pools and heated pool on site. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Rotorua. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience.

Loved the quiet location and pool! Lovely friendly staff too. Very tired decor, no lamps or PowerPoints in main bedroom. Very sparsely furnished and decorated

It's a nice, quiet , peaceful place to stay when visiting Rotorua. Our kids loved the heated outdoor pool. The rooms are very clean, tidy & warm . Beds are very comfortable. Nothing at all. We were blessed - everything was great for our family.
