Friendly staff. Location, central but a bit further from the busy CBD. Quiet and amole parking The fridge was not working. Noticed late, I thought not much they could do then. Milk was warm as a result.

Comfortable rooms, great buffet breakfast and great private spa pools. Did spot a bit of mould on window sills, rooms do need better ventilation maybe it was too cold at the time as our stay was during winter

Comfy, spacious room. Dinner was good and great value. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy so woken at 5am each morning. Toiletries were taken and not replaced. No information (such as WiFi passwords, menus, facility details) in room.

Top customer service by reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and others we came across. Clean rooms, safe and secure, well equipped, really comfortable bed and pillows. Great value for money.

The soba water look dirty.. I did not feel to go in. Spa was ok Breakfast variety healthy options was available. Love it.
