Heating is not good. It was cold at night

Just the parking This property is very poor to be rented.I don't understand how booking.com allows such property to be listed.The tap water which came even had dirt in it.The doors were very stiff to close.There was water leak in toilet.Very bad odour in room.We couldn't even sleep.Though we had time till 10am,by 7am we ran away

Location was fine Lighting on stairs early when we left was none , tap in bathroom dripping and not able to turn off

Handy location, comfortable bed Not many channels on tv, shower sucked! Place was a bit old and tired but functional. Had a cockroach run over me in bed. No heatpump but plugged in the heater provided and it was sufficient

We left early to experience the local cuisine and they didn't disappoint The lack of wall plugs near the beds

We did not enjoy our stay at the property. It did not meet our expectations, and overall the experience during our one-day stay was disappointing. We did not enjoy our stay at this property. Cleanliness was a major issue — the room was dusty throughout, and we even found clothing left in the bedside drawers, which suggests it had not been properly cleaned after previous guests. The noise was also very disruptive. There was constant outside noise, along with a water pipe sound every few minutes, which made it very difficult to sleep. Considering the price, we expected a much better standard. Overall, the stay did not offer good value for money, and we believe better accommodation could be found at a similar cost.

Reasonable price for Easter weekend when booked early. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable On the main road into Rotorua , so had empty trucks and trailers thumping through in the early hours . Right next to a petrol station that seemed to be a local hangout for locals to park and crank up their music at 3am .. No milk offered or in the fridge ..

Stayed one night with the kids while visiting Skyline. The room was fine, nothing fancy but it had everything we needed for a short stay. You get what you pay for and it did the job for one night. Stains on beddings

Location, walkable distance from Te Puia. Unfortunately, our stay at Greenview Motel Rotorua was very disappointing. The curtains were filthy, the cutlery provided was not properly cleaned, and the kettle was dirty inside, which made us seriously question the hygiene standards. The facilities throughout the motel feel very rundown and are clearly overdue for major renovation. Based on both our experience and the condition of the property, significant improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

You get what you pay for.

Comfortable bed, heater working, microwave and kettle. Cleaning wasn't very good. A bit noisy with kids running around.
