Great bed. Loved the spa bath. Good little kitchenette. Good location to head out from if needing to go to a supermarket or find somewhere to eat. Nothing comes to mind

The bed was comfortable and you could see the steam from the geyser. Booked due to spa bath, but apartment was dated, dark, cold and damaged. Only a portable heater to use in the room leading to massive condensation everywhere. Water was not hot enough for a shower and the showerhead was broken. Spa-bath was also broken and when tuned on what looked like dirt, leaves or larvae shoot out of the jets. Room was dark with 1 light in kitchen and 1 in lounge area, both worked off the same switch 2 bedside lights. Kitchen blind was too small for the window. 1 damaged light switch in the bathroom and 1 damaged switch by the bed that were unsafe for use due to risk of electrocution when using.

This place is a dump!

Large space. Kitchen and table. Matter is good. If there is bath rack is wonderful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lighting in the place was very poor. Either a stronger light or some lamps to help. In the downstairs bedroom there was only one overhead lamp. The place is tidy but could do with an upgrade inside.

The room was huge, with lots of space to spread out. It was also clean. There was a kitchen, TV, and sitting area. It was quiet. The host was helpful and efficient. The price reasonably reflected the general quality/value of the motel. The lodge claims to offer "modern and updated accommodations." We disagree. Our room, at least, felt tired. The furniture and bathroom sink/shower/toilet were all quite dated. The fridge didn't work at all. The parking bays were so tightly packed that we typically needed a 6-point turn (with outside direction) to get into and out of our bay. Traffic on the nearby highway could not be heard, but regularly caused our room to rumble slightly. My partner chose the final rating. I was OK with the shortcomings, and I would have bumped it up a notch.

The location was fine. Easy drive into the downtown. Sometimes the noise from the road was loud, but was pretty quiet at night for sleeping.

The place is dated, disgusting bathrooms where taps are incorrect to hot and cold. Dated spa bath, shower, toilet etc. No aircon in apartment. Absolutely overheating n stuffy n the 2 fans just pushed boiling hot air around. Too over priced for place need to spend money to update and definately AIRCONDITIONING. Beds too soft terroble mattresses. The whole place.

Bed was comfy. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly No international plug adapters or USB charging ports. This is a highly missed opportunity for many rentals to increase their overall scores and exceed expectations. Toilet was... quirky The bed vibrated (shook) every time a large truck passed by on the nearby road. It was as if the entire earth moved

The facilities were excellent and really liked the cozy inside of the room and the living area.

Reasonable location in Rotorua Probably not up to the usual booking.com standards- very old & not really spick & span

NA Price not worth Fridge was not clean, Iron table need to clean or kindly change
