The location was convenient, with easy access to Rotorua's attractions, restaurants, and lakefront. There is exclusive car park at the door front for each unit. The unit is clean. The host is very friendly as well, she gave suggestions to local tourist spot and offer discount codes to residents. Very little to dislike. It would be great if there is hot tub facilities in the hotel.

Very luxurious vibe, spacious room and comfortable. Great cooking facilities available and we were able to wash our clothes in a communal laundry for $5 per load and $5 for dryer, we just asked the staff. Staff were lovely and gave discount codes for local attractions and recommended activities and events going on. great stay! shower had poor water pressure, and we booked a room with a spa bath attached which was lovely however filling up the tub took up to 40mins due to really slow water pressure with the hot water and the 40mins was only filling the tub to waist hight when sitting in the tub. still, we really enjoyed the stay.

The location was great for our function. It took about 7mins to walk. Super quiet, comfy beds, and great having toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The staff were lovely. Will stay again. There was nothing we didnt like. Just suggested a brush pan and broom would be useful and also a makeup facecloth.

Staff were friendly and helpful, gave us guides on things to do and we managed to get some discounts for activities too. The room was clean, comfy, and had a little kitchenette, which was handy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommended. Nothing. Everything was prefect to our liking

We LOVED our stay here. Watching TV snuggled up in bed felt like you were at the movies. The hot tub was such a lovely way to spend a cold winter evening. The staff were lovely and accommodating. We would love to come back!
