the noise of the place. being City center sometimes doesn't pay out. the pillows were terrible.had 3 days neck pain after sleeping there
-
Location, AMAZING staff and great breakfast
-
The location is great, 15 min walk to the train station and 5 min to the pedestrian zone in the city center.
-
Nice room with large bathroom! Very clean and comfortable and a great location.
-
Elevator's inspection date was outdated and already making some sounds, needs a new validity tag! Nothing major, our room's lights were not working, we just had the light in bathroom and corridor and this wasn't big obstacle, but if you wanted to read a book, that would not be possible. I believe this is an easy fix for the hotel.

Great location, close to lovely parts of the city! Parking was a bit tricky but we managed fine.

The room was large, there was a bath and shower in the toilet. wither oom at the rear there was no traffic noise. The downside meant no view. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was a large choice of food. The car park.. I am a very experienced driver but I have to say the area designated as a car park should not be. A very steep ramp in and out of the cellar. Low roof line, if I recall it was said to be 1.8m. I drive a Compact SUV it is not large as a lot of MPV/SUVs yet the ariel on the car's roof still scraped on one part of the ceiling. It is a very tight fit in the cellar. I was charged money for the privilege of parking the car over night. No warnings or costs are shown on the listing.

The concierge was helpful and kind In desperate need of refurbishing and it was not clean!

The woman at the desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. I could walk everywhere. The bed was comfortable. There was ample hot water and a tub. The room was very dark and quiet at night. Breakfast was wonderful with baguettes and many cheeses, yogurt, hard cooked eggs, coffee and hot milk and lots of other things. The hotel is old and kept locked up tight. You have to ring a bell to get in initially and then use your key card to enter. There isn't air conditioning, which wouldn't have mattered in September, except that the duvet was very warm, too hot for sleeping.

Superb

Excellent location, close to main attractions. Spacious room. Fine breakfast. Many good restaurants in the next neighbourhood. Comfortable lobby with Chesterfield settees.
-
Nice, clean and comfortable place. Very good for the value as it has included a reasonable breakfast.
-
Big, comfortable room in good location. Apart from a man who signed us in, the staff were almost non-existent during our four-day stay. This was disappointing, considering we choose to stay in hotels rather than bnbs because we like to interact with our hosts.
-
Great location and accommodating for bikes. All was fine.
-
Great hotel with outstanding location in the centre of Rouen! Very nice breakfast and friendly staff
-
Location was very good. Room and breakfast, they were also fine. Reasonable and recommended. Only one thing : Parking Almost no place to turn If you have a 500 or a smart, that's fine. If not, better to park somewhere else.
-
excellent location for sight seeing on foot about 12 mins walk from train station access to buses on the doorstep if needed Room was clean with a kettle, bed comfy, pillows comfy, bathroom a little dated but very clean with bath and shower all you could need for a city break a quiet hotel too , we didn't have breakfast so cannot comment but dining room looked nice and cosy. Very helpful welcoming staff, I would definitely stay there again Nothing to dislike
