The carpet was very old and smelled like feet. There was no air conditioning, which was not made clear on the website.

Excellent property so much near by and catch a sun set or sunrise by the water or both

The room was spacious and super clean! Lobby was very relaxed when I checked in at night. The woman (I wish I got her name) at the front desk was very lovely and patient. She even came down after being in her pajamas to help me out of a room I got stuck in (more on that later…) Also a VERY quiet apartment as it’s also a senior living facility, great for families/couples and singles who are looking to get some good rest. Also very affordable 89.00 USD, considering what was in a similar price range (stay FAR away from Premiere Classe Montreuil… roaches/ants and noisy construction early.) Instructions on getting to the actual property were not explained very clearly. I got quite lost and confused, especially as a foreigner. Better signage and lighting at the gates you need to enter (adding english especially) would be wonderful. It’s very dark and I felt a wee bit unsafe as I was trying to find my way in at night. Eventually I called the number listed on booking and she walked me through getting to the building through the gates. You also can’t leave through the lobby past 8PM, but you CAN enter, so I got trapped in the breezeway before the lobby. This is when I was rescued again by the woman who worked the front desk. (Thank you again, you were extremely helpful and patient!) And minor amenities like coffee provided in the room and a basic shampoo/conditioner and body wash would be a nice addition! English instructions for wifi would be an added bonus too (sorry to be THAT american) but the wonderful front desk woman helped me connect. The same woman made me a little espresso when I checked out which was lovely.

Everything was nice in the hotel.

Hard to explain... There wasn't anything really wrong with this hotel but the expectations built up through the pictures here on Booking were let down by the facility. The building, the reception, the elevator... all the way till you get to the room... Which was fine. In the end it's all that matters so that's ok! It was pretty cheap compared to other options so I won't complain: fair enough.

Location Quite dingy, stains in the carpet, only 1 coffee cup despite paying for a couple, note in room stated we needed to free the room by 11am although booking.com stated 12pm. To be fair they left us stay when I asked but it was awkward. Had to pay 20 Euros to park for 1 night which should have been clearer

We booked this place for the great price and location. It is close to everything downtown, including walking distance to La Couronne. The window in the bathroom was very moldy.

good room. good location.

We booked because it is near the cathedral and we took an upgrade to a room with a balcony. The balcony windows were broken and held together with a sticky panel. The shower had black mould around the base and the mirror hadn't been cleaned and there was only 1 cup for the coffee and we paid for a deluxe room with balcony and it was french speaking only and we only speak English and Spanish and little french. Wouldn't stay again.

Great location. Secure Car park below the hotel where we locked the bicycles in a parking space It was fine

Nothing Shabby Poor location and tiny shabby dirty rooms
-
Central location I was woken up at 4:30 by someone having a party, playing drum and bass music. I don’t think it was the hotel, but maybe the property next door.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was big and nice, needs a bit update, but overall very good and pleasant. The breakfast was very good. Hotel parking was very expensive! Just the parking. It was good, convenient but €20 for one night was the highest we paid in all our french trip.

Breakfast was good as was the location The bathroom wall had hairs stuck all over it. The carpet was stained and seemed like dog hairs on the curtains
