Room tiny but nice design (see below for exception). Good location but noisy. Good value for money. - the tiny room had a tiny desk with a huuuge chair that made it impossible to get to that side of the bed - they left the decorative lights on the facade on all night so it was much too light in the room - the young woman at reception was unhelpful and unfriendly

The hotel was very close to the city center. the hotel room was extremely small, we were two people traveling with only one large suitcase and it wasn't possible to open the suitcase.

Functional and clean room, tastefully furnished, friendly staff Perhaps we got unlucky, but our room got a lot of noise from the street, perhaps a nearby bar as the noise was still coming in past midnight, which made it really hard for us to sleep (even with earplugs)

Perfect location - quiet street, but yet very close to the Cathedral and city center. Very friendly staff. Nice design elements. Parking lot very nearby. Room and bath room were very clean but also very small.

Great property! It was beautifully designed, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was great, as well. We stayed on the 4th floor, which required taking the lift to floor 3 and then walking up one flight of stairs. The room on the top floor was hot when we arrived (August), but we opened the window and turned on the fan. It cooled off nicely and was very comfortable. It was a bit loud, but that’s Saturday night in Rouen. My recommendation is to open the window and pack some earplugs.

Rooms were pretty and staff kind and helpful The hotel was central and had nice rooms, however it is near a pub/club with the music very loud until 2am, so not recommendable if you have been travelling and just want to sleep

Friendly and very helps staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable bed, very clean, great decor. A bottle of water in the bedroom would be a good idea, as would a kettle and tea / coffee.
