Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Excellent location. Good value for money. Evening meal felt a little rushed and they forgot a few items - but staff were friendly and courteous

Breakfast choices very good and helpful staff at breakfast. Hotel decor very attractive. Air conditioning in room very welcome. No minibar in the room. It was a very hot summer and cold drinks available in the room would have been nice. Also no milk or cream provided for tea or coffee. Absolutely minimal extras.

Perfect location on the banks of the Seine and only 5 minutes from the old quarter and cathedral. No bar for an evening night cap but not a big deal.

Location Unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, but they seemed genuinely unprepared for basic requests. Our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived an hour after the official check-in time. Bathrobes and slippers are apparently only included for executive rooms, and we were fine with paying extra for slippers, but the staff simply couldn’t find a pair anywhere in the hotel. They offered us robes for free instead, but that didn’t solve the slipper issue at all. The shower itself was poorly designed, the overflow/drainage couldn’t keep up, and after just a couple of minutes the entire bathroom floor was soaked. On top of that, the cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired, could definitely be improved.
