Vieille tour Hotel centre Rouen

Very close to both the parking (Cathedrale) and the city center Despite the heatwave, this room was still not too hot (But need to open windows at night to help cool down - Keep the shades down during the day as they get hit by the sun all afternoon) - The owner provides a very small fan --- No Soap available at all Missing also a towel for the ground in the bathroom (you can use one of the bathroom ones)

The price, cleanliness, staff and location are the best assets of this very old but spacious hotel. Some of the plumbing fixtures looked like they had been repaired - they all worked fine - and then put back into service without putting the glam back. But they worked fine.

Location The room was very dirty, the bathroom was very ugly and I found malt . 20 rooms had to share the same water boiler and hair dryer. Can you imagine how dirty they were.

Lots of steps to the room. I'm nearly 80 so that's a challenge.

Old worn-out house and room but clean.

The location is perfect, 1 min from the cathedral on foot. The staff were very nice and pleasant. Overall, the room, the bathroom and the furniture look very old and worn. There was a lot of dust on shelves and tables so I had to clean them before I unpacked. The shower and the whole bathroom look pretty bad. The sink was kind of clogged (water stayed in the sink for a lot time). It is a pity that the hotel is not refurbished given its perfect location.

Great location in the center of Rouen just a few steps away from the Cathedral. Basic accommodation on a lower level, good for a short stay. Lack of toiletries (1 towel and 1 small shower gel for 3 days). Weak wifi connection.

The location was 15 Minutes away from the train station and was located between the shopping district and the attractions. My room was clean and guest got small free water bottles each day. However the room was a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. The door was a bit hard to close and didn't really give me a real sense of security.

Cleanness was the issue.

Very nice staff and very good location. Comfortable pillows, convenient mini fridge There was quiet a lot of dust and everything smelled strongly like cleaning supplies. The rooms were definitely not soundproof at all. The bathroom wasn’t too great and there was no space to put one’s stuff. Out of three power sockets only one worked.

Tropical fish tank in the lobby I could watch all day!! View of cathedral was great as was view to the river Sein! Great hotel decorations! Too short of a stay!

The reception was great, contactless check-in system provoded, very clean room and comfortable bed, with an attached balcony, the view is amazing! Nothing really, but may be toilet can have doors/curtains for some increased privacy!
