It takes a long time to answer any messages or questions There is no front desk officer to attend to the guests

We were really hoping for a warm, comfortable space to stay in while we explored the city, and this was that. It wasn't an overtop, full-service hotel, but we didn't need that. We needed a spot to stay and it was wonderful for that. The nice breaktfast was a bonus. The beds. This is fairly standard for Europe, though. Two twin rolls is not the same thing as a double bed. I've seen this in hotels all over Europe. I don't understand how Europeans wake up every morning with back pain and accept it as standard. It's very strange.

Affordable, location walkable to all major sites in Rovaniemi, and the in-room sauna and amenities were wonderful. Just didn’t like that there weren’t staff on site full time, the code for entry and key pickup was offputting.

The building and apartments are a bit older so there is a vague musty smell. I could open the windows regularly fortunately as it was still warm in September.

Great spacious apartment located in the heart of Rovaniemi. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond with our requests for assistance. The sauna was an added benefit to warm up.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The friendly staff made the experience truly memorable, and the hotel’s unique charm. Plus, having a sauna included was the ultimate for relaxation.

Very good location in the centre of Rovaniemi, closed to all activities and day trips that we booked, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all around. Staff very friendly and ready to help with all I asked for. Basic breakfast but good. If you want you can have lunch too for a decent price, with different food every day. At level 3 there is a shared kitchen with fridge and all you need if you want to prepare your own food. My only downside was not having a window that you can open in the room for fresh air. Having the option to open the window from the room at least a bit for fresh air!

Location was very central. When staff were there they were very pleasant and helpful. Very basic room, no door on bedroom, not staffed very often

The location was great. The in room sauna was very cool. The kitchen set up worked well for our trip as well The WiFi didn’t work. There was no front desk service and since we didn’t have WiFi, we couldn’t contact the front desk for anything (there was also no working phone in the room). The luggage storage is just the open area under the stairs so it’s unsecured.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, near transport links, easy to get about. The apartment was big enough for all 7 of us to be comfortable, and the balcony and sauna were lovely extras. The staff were really helpful- very responsive, helpful answering questions and friendly too. Had a lovely homely feel.
