We had a great time. Close to excellent dining and the cable cars.

Good location and great breakfast
-
The rooms very dirty and the hall light entering the doorway was burnt out and when talked to the front desk he just shrugged it off. The towels were very old and the whole hotel was outdated and in a need of a face lift They attempted to charge us for parking when we did not have a vehicle. I would recommend choosing another location in this beautiful little town

Nice location and comfortable room

Staff was not friendly, TV remote didn't work, bar/cafe was never open, toilet/ plumbing was not very good. We had a clogged toilet for 4+ hours before they sent someone up to fix it. We stayed at the end of the hall and there was no lighting in the hall. It was very dark! The light bulb was burned out and never replaced. No coffee in the room. We had to pay for the coffee. The breakfast that was included was edible, but service was non existent! The only positive about this place was the location to the train station and the room and bathroom was clean. The public restroom in the lobby however was not.

Clean, but has not been updated in decades. Incredibly hot, especially on the upper floors which may not have exterior shades. All you get is a small fan. Breakfast was very good for a free brunch. I would not recommend staying here when it is hot.

Convenient for river cruise.

Great location and quiet place to stay. I also like their breakfast.

It was a great location and the staff was helpful with directions. It wasn't air conditioned but there were fans which was okay the first of June but I wouldn't want to stay there later in the summer. Also, they would not take our credit card due to "technical difficulties" which was slightly inconvenient.

Easy check-in. Lovely room in perfect location. Staff was VERY nice and helpful.

The breakfast is good. The wall is too thin so I can clearly hear the next room when they turn on-off their light, flush their toilet and shower.
-
Great location very central and excellent price
-
This is the second time we stayed here, and though it is an older building it’s location and services are excellent.
-
The only real issue is that the hotel is very loud. Guests are allowed to scream and have lively conversations in the hallways very late a t night and in the middle of the night. Not good for sleeping

This is a lovely place to stay in this quaint town. The hotel is a bit of a maze and their underground parking is extremely tight. The breakfast was excellent and service professional and friendly. No problem with speaking English.

This was an excellent choice to stay. So clean and quiet. Walking distance to everything. The parking garage was very tight pulling into but I would definitely stay here again!
-
Dishonest that I was assigned a smaller room than I booked and paid for, only because I was a solo traveler. They did correct this later.

I always stop over here on my way to or back from my place in Italy. Always great accommodation and friendly staff and a great breakfast included.

Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms small and a little shabby, but clean. Some beds were way too soft. Service kind.
