The room was decent but they did not have no Wi-Fi and the TV did not even work I believe I should have gotten at least a discount on it

Location does not offer breakfast, but there is a wonderful Mexican restaurant next door. No complaints. The price was acceptable for the stay.

No internet, no working tv, no heat, temperatures at night were in the high 30s. We left, luckily we found a different hotel.

It was a pile of shit they got rentals there people that live there and the other units they’re outside smoking cigarettes all day long I slept with my gun. I didn’t know what kind of freaking people they were. You guys are out of your mind if you’re gonna release those or rent those to customers, they’ll never use your booking company again. Not one damn thing

The air conditioning did not work well. No towel hooks , no hair dryer. , people smoking too close to the room when u walked outside to your car No mirror in main room

Location The lights outside were so bright that even with the blinds and curtains closed it was too light in the room making it difficult to sleep. Bathroom had exposed electrical conduit and pipes coming out of the wall and running the length of the room. No place to hang clothes, no holder for the toilet paper roll and no ice. There was never anyone in the office. Took several hours to get a text reply to questions.

I didn't like that the headboard on the bed would hit the wall Everytime any movement was made. Especially during sleeping. Was kinda annoying

This property is located so convenient to all main areas of Ruidoso! 10mins from Winter park and 40 for Ski Apache. Love the restaurant next door, the wait staff is wonderful! The young boy in the office extremely nice! Accommodated our family in a time of a maintenance room issue! He called a buddy and it was arranged in no time! Loved this property will definitely recommend and come back in the future! Priced great as well! Nothing.
