The Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods to suit everyone's desires. I loved the Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes. I liked the mini muffins and strawberry yogurt. I loved the coffee. I had no room for the Belgian waffles or oatmeal or fresh fruit or orange juice. The location is great. It is on Highway 70 in Riodoso.

It was do different it was s fabulous trip the staff was great and friendly especially the Lady I think Erica was her name the good the cleanliness she made everyone feel at home she was very nice

This is our go to hotel in Ruidoso because it's well-located, well-appointed and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast is good. The rooms are simple and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very nice and all the staff were very helpful. There are a stores and a restaurant close by.

Quiet and Comfortable with pool and hot tub Don’t understand the rave reviews for breakfast - it was mediocre at best, value chain fare and coffee/eggs were not that good. Clock radio woke me up at midnight.

Outdated everything..cracks under the sink. Pebbles all over the floor. Spiders. I skipped breakfast. I stayed because I needed to do laundry and I could have sworn it stated paid laundry facility, but it was $3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry each load. Safety was a concern as black duct tape appeared to hold my window closed so I didn't try opening it for fresh air. The safety lock on the inside of the door was very loose. The room door and exit/enter doors would get stuck. My key card stopped working 10 minutes before 11am checkout and a staff member kindly opened it so I could retrieve the last of my belongings and dog. For what I paid, I could have just stayed somewhere a bit nicer and safer and gone to a laundry mat.

The lobby,halls and breakfast eras were very hot,when staff was ask they just look at us like a deer in head lights. The room smelled terrible. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The entire floor was coming up as if it wasn’t glued down. The door would not stay closed no extra security lock on door. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE……
