The staff very friendly . Miss Rose very kind and friendly. The jacuzzi jets not working would have been a plus to our relaxation.Breakfast was regular continental tye. Good options

Location was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Rooms were pretty sound proof. Late check out was great. Loved the childrens play area and pergola sitting area. The bathrooms were beautiful and the tub was spacious. Free breakfast was also a great bonus. We were not notified that the hot tub was out of order, so us and a bunch of guests got into it. Turns out that water was very dirty and we felt pretty grossed out by putting ourselves in it without knowing. There were no indication it was out of order, no signs, the water wasn't drained, no chains or anything. The pool was also way too cold to enjoy. Our hotel room had no TV remote and the TV sensor had been placed behind the TV dresser by the previous guest but no one checked that it was in the correct spot. The lobby hot water and coffee machines were out of order.

Some of the staff are nice. First the water pressure on the floor we stayed at was very weak. The spa was not working. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was awful. I had a bad experience with t his hotel and nobody can do anything about it. This will be my first and last stay with them. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great breakfast Pool was not heated as advertised. Pool towels were not stocked and had to walk wet to front desk. Room was not very clean, housekeeping didn’t clean very well. Front desk evening was not very helpful.

Comfortable, clean, good beds, nice air conditioner, good hot shower, good location, good choices for complimentary breakfast. Ample size towels and plenty. Great Tv nothing bad to say all good our second time to stay. Nothing
