The location wasn't too bad, with just a brief walk to the beach. However, it was somewhat secluded from public transport. Breakfast was pleasant, with a nice variety of food, including a couple of examples of local foods. The shower leaked a large amount of water out from under the shower door, into the bathroom and out into the bedroom section. When I informed the staff of this hazard no one offered me another room nor did they seem fazed about the water seeping / flowing into the bedroom area. So I had to go back and complain a second time and this time I requested another room but in the meantime I had to contend with what I was given. When the second room was ready, that shower was also leaking - not as bad as the first room but still leaking towards the bathroom door. The manager did not come out of the office to communicate or offer empathy for the mishap. Unfortunately I did not feel warmth or a sincere sense of welcoming from the staff either, especially from one person who constantly talked down to me.

This was an all inclusive package. The quality and variety of food was excellent and all staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The beach near the hotel was lovely and ideal for a break from the pool. The small pool was ideal for small children with slides etc and the facilities at the sister hotel were also available for use for a change of scenery. There was also a tranquil area with a pool for adults only. The evening entertainment was also very good for both children and adults. We booked a double room with patio overlooking the garden and it was spacious, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The beds were also very comfortable and I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing break. Nothing, it all exceeded expectations

Nice pools and relaxing areas. Staff friendly, good buffet areas and varied food The independent restaurants were disappointing and confusing on what was possible. Assumed a la carte, but it was another buffet. Location was mixed with a lot nicer areas of Mallorca.

Overall the food was good. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool to use. Wait times for the bar during the day weren’t too bad. Staff were, on the whole, helpful. The pool water turned white swimwear yellow. It ruined my white shorts. If you are visiting this hotel, I’d strongly advise you wear black swimwear and black clothes around the pool. There are missing tiles in the pool with sharp edges which my daughter cut her toe on. There were ants in our room, which maintenance came to sort same day as we told them. They got rid of most of them but there were still some around. Our air conditioning stopped working, again, maintenance fixed it within an hour of reporting it. Water started coming through our ceiling which was odd. It was the last two days so I told reception when I left as I was exasperated by then. The room was very noisy from people shouting in the corridors and outside the front of the hotel. Our room overlooked the entrance and some nights people would be loud out there until midnight. I complained to reception but they said there isn’t much they can do. Outside of set meal times, there are no good food options with all inclusive. They offer cake and croissants only. I would expect there to be other options.

Amazing, modern, very well maintained design hotel. The rooms were completely renovated last winter and were therefore up to date with slick, scandinavian design, large balconies and a huge high quality TV screen. For the price I got through booking.com I thought it was an absolute steal. I especially liked the walk-in rainshower and the lightfeatures which could be controlled by touch panels. The hotel itself is also well designed with two big pool areas, with one only for adults, making this nice and quiet. The good thing about this hotel is that you have all the luxury of an all inclusive, but can choose whichever foodprogram you want (from breakfast only to all meals included). The prices of drinks if you didnt choose all inclusive were reasonable. The location of the hotel is fine. Not directly at the beach, but well situated within the complex and very close to the sports fields. It is very easily reachable by car with free parking. The best spots of mallorca are situated on all sides of the island, so if you rent a car, you can reach them easily from this hotel. The hotel was the ideal place to have a relaxing holiday for hard working people! If you are a solo traveller and looking for parties, this might not be the hotel for you, as nightlife in this hotel and in Sa Coma is not the best of the Island.

Room was great and bed very comfy. But for a semi private room with shared pool overlooked the drive in with coaches arriving regularly so not ideal. Very clean breakfast great variety but geared for All Inclusive so mass catering. Sports facilities as advised and good. Pool way too busy and so true what is said about towels with no one on sunbeds, even the adult pool. Very touristy town but can find lovely beaches around it As above
