Location! No staff!

Great location, friendly staff, an okay room

We arrived at midnight after a long bus ride to find the door of our room open. We went in the room and it was disgusting. It smelled really bad, the sheets were not cleaned, the toilet smelled like a public bathroom and the shower mat was all wet for some reason. We wrote to the staff that we couldnt stay there because of all that. They refused to pay us back and we had reserved for 5 nights so we are out of a lot of money. They were very rude and never said sorry. Do not reserve here, they are scammers.

Does not Toilet Shattaf holder, room floor seems not cleaned from months, breakfast is useless

Extremely clean and quiet. As the name suggests, it is located in the center of Sapa, convenient to restaurants and shops (but not on the main road). Best of all Juliana, the manager, goes out of her way to meet her guests needs no matter how big or small and always does so with patience and a big smile. She can help organize anything you wish to do in Sapa or the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Location is great and in the center of Sapa. Our bed was smell so bad like someone used it for couple of time already. We saw some dirt under the comforter. There was no breakfast served even it was included in the booking. Receptionist is not speaking english. We saw some rats roaming around the reception and in the dining area behind it.

We didn't like the option of free breakfast included( it has breakfast but too tiny portions). I believe because of the Lunar new year the staff was alone to serve all guests incoming and outgoing as well as serving breakfast and cleaning the entire rooms. ( Feel pity for her). All I can say is that it was good enough. The bed was too soft and it was like drowning you while sleeping ??.

Very nice room. Location right next to start of most tours. Breakfast was not on time. One morning was so late I had to leave hungry.

Location It's difficult to check in or find staff late night

We had a wonderful holiday in Sapa; they organized a hiking trip to a village for us with a very interesting Hmong guide

The room was warm with good heating. Convenient location in the city center.

The hotel is centrally located and is close to everything. Breakfast was fine. A/C (with an heating mode) was a valuable bonus, since the weather was very cold. Well, given the temperature outdoors was +15 at best, it was surprising to see that the window/balcony doors had wide gaps in them resulting in all the A/X heating seeping through and a cold floor. Not an issue, but I think it would be great to have slightly more powerful lightbulbs in the room. Also, the mirror was cracked.

i came to the hotel at 1am because of a delayed bus and they let me the key on the counter with a nice note. location is great, very central and in a quiet street. cheap price , good value for money. i changed my plan and cancelled one night and they accepted my cancellation without fee. the lighting in the room was a bit dark. the view was not so nice

All Nothing

The bed was so comfortable unlike the Vietnamese beds, we had a bit of problems with the water flow but didn’t bother us much. Amazing location 2 mins walking to the center. Small store in front of the hotel do buy drinks and snacks. And so many great restaurants nearby. Cute Small balcony Clean place. The owner is really really nice, has great english and helped us with everything, also rented a bike through her. Only downside is that theres no elevator but the highest floor is 4 so it was fine for us. In total we stayed here 6 nights, 3 at the beginning and then came back for more. Would definitely stay here again .

Good location Comfy bed Excellent value. Helpful and friendly receptionist who helped me get a taxi to Lao Cai. She also spoke good English so it was easy to communicate. Professional. There’s no elevator

Super friendly owners. Very good location. Great value. Nothing really

The staff was very nice, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel and use their bathroom before the check in and after the check out time. Unfortunately, their kindness can not make the room newer or more convenient. The location is very close to Sun plaza Sapa station to go to Fansipan mountain, lots of attractions and restaurants are in walkable distance. But the street is pretty noisy all the time. We got a room for $18 and it’s a good deal but I wouldn’t choose this hotel, if it was more expensive. Everything is pretty old and worn down. There was only one working electric socket in the room and it didn’t hold the connection. Even hotel’s WiFi router was constantly falling out of it so Internet wasn’t stable. The room is absolutely not soundproof. We could hear every movement and water running in other rooms bathroom as if it was in ours. We got a room with the street view on the 3rd floor and the only view that we got was the view of the neighboring houses. We had to keep curtains closed all the time to not see other people in other houses. The street is very noisy and old wooden windows don’t block the sound at all. We could hear every car, bike and people talking

Great location, nice view (altough you need to climb 4 floors with stairs). Reception didn’t speak english at all. Breakfast wasn’t very good but for the price I can’t really complain.
