I cannot thank the staff at Sapa Centre Hotel enough, especially Tintin! On our first night there I was battling a stomach bug and fell really ill from dehydration. Tintin called a driver, accompanied us to the hospital, and stayed with us to translate to the doctor in the middle of the night. He helped us extend our stay, was so friendly and hospitable for the rest of it all and checked in on me lots once I was better. The other staff were also nothing short of exceptional. The room itself was comfy and the hotel is super located. We ate at the restaurant often and it was always delicious. Hugest thanks to Tintin and all the staff, I cannot thank them enough!

It is in the best location right in the very center with restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our shower didn’t work. The controller of shower fell out so we complained and somebody came to fix it by just gluing it and of course when we showered again - it fell off! I also found roach twice! But it’s expected I guess

The location was perfect. The breakfast was delicious The staff specifically DUA was helpful to all our needs and very informative.taxi,tickets she managed all our tour. Almost perfect.

The location is exactly at city centre. Only 2 mnt walk to Sapa Station / Sun Plaza, if you are willing to take tour to Fansipan. The staff Dua was very friendly, kind and helpful, letting us keep our bag while we strolling around untill check in time. We booked big room with balcony with view straiight to Sapa Square.

We had a very nice room. Bed was very comfortable. We also had a nice balcony with mountain view and could watch the mountain mist roll in during the evening. The hotel location could not have been better. You are less than a 5 minute walk to the Fansipan station and to Sapa Square. The receptionist, Dua, is amazing. She remembers everyone’s name, and was very helpful in getting us Fansipan tickets and sorting out pickup for bus trip back to Hanoi. Being overly nitpicky: - The shower head in bathroom more like a tap than a shower head, but still did the trick. - Breakfast was included but choices the same each day and could have had more variety. - You are right in center of Sapa so it can be a bit noisy, but normally quiets down by around 11 pm. Keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

It’s a toss up between the ambiance (kind of apres ski vibe) and the incredibly gracious staff. They sincerely want you to enjoy your stay and the available local offerings. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, ample hot water in a nice shower, windows that open (rm 405 is quiet) an elevator, breakfast buffet with fresh, varied offerings, restaurant on the ground floor that has consistently good quality food - that is well priced. It felt like returning home at the end of each day. The great staff is obviously supported by a top down management that promotes customer service. Can’t think of a thing
