Nice restaurant with seating on their front porch. I had a chicken hot pot that was delicious and generous in size. The single portion could feed two pretty easily.

Location is perfect and the staff is friendly. Hotel closes at night, you need to ask the frontdesk to open it for you. Not the typical hotel.

I like that it’s relatively cheap and very close to the key attractions in Sapa (Sun Plaza). Power cuts — the electricity kept going on and off during the evening which bothered my sleep.

The building is old but it is well maintained. They have toiletries and they change towels everyday. The location is excellent, a few steps away from Sapa Church and Sapa Station; and few minutes away from Sapa Market. The staff are thoughtful and helpful despite the fact that some of them have difficulty expressing themselves in English. They gave my mom a birthday gift even though they didn’t have to (big thanks to Duc). They accommodated my request to reheat a left-over take out food (thanks Ben). Their food is awesome with so many choices (if you order lunch or dinner from their restaurant) and they often give free desserts (happens only when its Duc’s shift schedule). There isn’t much choice for the breakfast that pertains to vietnamese cuisine (but i do love their pho). It would have been nice if they serve breakfast buffet or have more vietnamese food available for their free breakfast options. Also, they don’t offer vietnamese coffee for breakfast (except when Duc is around).

Best location, very close to Sapa Stone Church and Sapa station. Very helpful staff they help us to book trip to Fansipan, Their food are also delicious. There is no suitcase table, so we need to range all our clothes in the closet and close our suitcase so we can walk in the room. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the centre of Sa Pa within easy reach of all locations. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional- they were keen to help in any way they could from booking tickets, arranging laundry to even giving us water before we set off on our trek. The food was excellent and attracted many visitors who were staying elsewhere. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

Great stay in Sapa. Family owned boutique hotel that truly cared for their customers. I was not feeling well and the staff showed genuine concern and care. The hotel is also in a central location in Sapa, close to food and entertainment. The staff can help you book tickets, tours, and buses. Room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable.

An amazing stay at The Ladybird Hotel in Sapa We stayed in a twin double room, which was clean —the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warmth made the whole experience even more special. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sapa and would love to come back in the future

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location to walking around and seeing the local sights (lake, sun plaza transportation to Fansipan summit). The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. They coordinated our transportation to our next destination as well as did our laundry at a very reasonable price. Very happy overall.

Location was excellent and the room was lovely. Food in the restaurant was good and not at all expensive Staff were very helpful. Shower was not operating at 100% Took ages to get hot water but worked eventually.

Convenient location, we just needed to hotel for a few hours after our day tour and before catching the overnight train back to Hanoi. Room was clean and we were able to have the breakfast on the morning we checked in before our tour rather than the following morning. They also organised transport to and from Lao Cai train station. View from the window wasn’t pleasant.

The stay in Ladybird was amazing. The room was clean, the bed very comfortables, and the wifi strong (support remote working and videocall). The stuff was very polite, kind, and available to respond to the requests. The food of the restaurant was special, and the price was average compared to other locations. In short, highly recommended.

Hôtel is really well located. One of our rooms had some light issues, so the staff gave us another room. However the second room also showed some problems. It was really humid and smelt like poop. Also We were expecting a buffet for breakfast as shown in the pictures, but we were in low season, so we only had a small menu. We were in Vietnam for 4 weeks, and it was by far our worst hôtel experience (the only bad experience by the way) . The manager was not comprehensive.
