Bigger room

The location is central. The staff is accommodating. The room is comfortable. The WiFi is unreliable.

quadruple room was very spacious, with two actual rooms. facilities functional but a bit old. staff was supportive. location is up a slightly steep hill (which was only an issue for my 75+ parents). elevator access only from the 1st floor (not ground level). some rooms had mouldy/musty smell issue. some windows could not be opened and some did not seal properly.

Bathroom was not good, shower tap was leaking

The location is great, just a few steps to SunWorld, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is quiet and has restaurants and their food is great. The staffs are kind, ver responsive to inquiries. The room and toilet is spacious and clean. The towel provided smells and seems not cleaned well, the bed sheets , the blanket and pillows smells bad too.

Apart from the location nothing else to comment about this place. Multiple things - cot was creaking, toilet door was not closing, dusty etc

The location of the property was ideal. Short walk to the tourist strip. Photos posted matched what we saw in reality. Rooms were clean and comfortable There is a short not so steep walk to the property from the main street. Not ideal for elderly people or with walking problems. Every morning when you step out of your room you can smell what they are preparing in the restaurant. Not really a problem if you don’t have a sensitivity to strong odors

Excellent stay from start to finish, we stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Taste of Vietnam restaurant—which was so good we ended up eating there twice (something we almost never do). The reception staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They answered all our questions and even helped accommodate a special food request for my wife that wasn’t on the menu, which we really appreciated. Our room was spacious with a nice view, a great bathroom, and a strong A/C system—perfect for staying comfortable. The hotel also offers quick and efficient laundry service, which we used and were very satisfied with. The location is another big plus, with a mini market nearby and an ATM just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the staff, room, and services. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The wifi signal was very inconsistent, making sure this is good would take it over the top.

Great location besides the steep walk uphill; The hotel is a 5-minute walk to Sapa Station (Sun World Station) with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a restaurant right beside the hotel which I 100% recommend (Taste of Vietnam). Hotel guests can avail a 10% discount for the restaurant. The room itself was very big and spacious for 4 pax (2 double beds, 1 queen bed). Our bathroom had a bidet which was a must-have. We had a balcony but did not end up using it. Good lighting inside the room. They gave us free water and a change of toilet paper and towels every day. Staff were English-speaking and nice. Check-in: We advised them via chat that we will arrive at 5 or 6 AM in the morning. They took note of this as there was already staff napping/waiting for us by 5 AM in the lobby. Check-out: They let us stay in their lobby while we waited for our bus from Sapa-Hanoi even after we've checked out already. Steep walk uphill to get to the hotel. This was not a big issue as we often booked a Grabcar to and from the hotel, but there were around 2 times wherein we ended up walking uphill. Just something to note if traveling with seniors and/or PWDs. There is also an elevator available but it only operates from the 2nd floor, so you would have to take the flight of stairs from the 1st floor to get to the 2nd floor before you can use the elevator. Another note: The price they billed us was slightly higher than what was stated in Booking.com, likely due to conversion changes. Just a note if you're paying directly via credit card: You will need to shoulder the transaction fee (I believe it was 3% or 5%).

The bed was comfortable and the room view is amazing. Location was near the city center and meetup point for the tours. Fansipan is walking distance. The staff were very helpful in check-in and check-out. Room was a little dark. Some sockets are not working. There was a very awful smell coming from our bathroom and we had to spray freshener every time we come in.

It's near to the center. It's clean but not flawless still good tho!

What we liked most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff—they were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. the price was excellent! it is enough for us especially we only stay at the hotel just to sleep. budget-friendly. it is one of the cheapest hotel we got and it also beside a great authentic Vietnamese restaurant None. I loved it. The price was just great. You get what you pay for.

We loved the breakfast, and the location is quiet—far from the busy areas but still located in the center of Sapa. The room was also spacious and had plenty of toiletries, more than I expected. The room felt quite cold, as cold air seemed to enter, likely due to insufficient insulation or gaps around the windows or doors.

I like the location. It is so close to the stone church and sun plaza. Nothing
