the hosts were very kind and accommodating, and the location was perfect. there were also elevators available, which made it much easier to manage our luggage. They they didnt had heater but they had heaterbeds so it was not a big deal honestly

Beds are very hard. Lost my AirPods in the rooom, staff let me check the next day but someone definitely took them home based on their location.

Location was good The room was cold and damp, the bonus was the electric blanket as otherwise the room would have been too cold to sleep in. Our clothes, everything felt damp as no form of heat in the room. The room was not clean and bedding did not seem fresh.

Good location and the staff were nice. House keeping done daily and owner had a lot of energy for guest which is nice. Spacious room, very near local attractions. Nice views. The beds were very hard, which took a while to get used to. There was a damp smell to the room, that no matter how much we tried to air it out, it would not go away. Wifi was average - it cut out. The property could really do with dealing with the damp/weird smell. Our room only had a fan, which was OK but found it hard to sleep with fan sound as a light sleeper.

Friendly, helpful staff speaking English and even German Fast check-in without any problems (it was a very last-minute reservation) Hair dryer and electric kettle in the room Heating mattress was amazing so I was not cold at night Unfortunately, the room was very very dirty The glasses were literally sticked to the table The bedsheets were not changed (there were someone's hair on them) I highly doubt the cushions and duvet were changed but they changed only the bedsheet after I complained The place would be really good but cleanliness is really a big issue
