Great hospitality, excellent service, and truly value for money.The accommodation offers superb value for money with very hospitable staff.

I felt very welcomed by the staff and I really liked the location. Felt like there was never any toilet paper in the restroom or it would be soaked sometimes.

Breakfast is a simple one. However, it is very healthy. Location is very near the HK Bus line terminal. We have walked in going there. Very clean and spacious bedroom and comfort room. Has a view of the mountains too. And, near the restaurants and spa; and, the Sapa Center. Since the property has no elevator; staff is very helpful and carried our 3 big check-in luggages. Breakfast can be in variation even a simple one only. Hot shower has timer per user. Like, we cannot use the hot water in the shower room, one after the other. Once done, we need to wait for 10 minutes to make sure the hot water supply is enough for the next person.

Good price and good location. Service was good. The bathrooms for the dorm rooms are in a very bad shape and are not a really pleasant experience. The doorm rooms are in the basement but are ok if you don’t need much. I guess if you are used to hostels it’s normal.

Highly recommend, amazing couple that run this hotel, nothing is too much effort for them. Gave us loads of tips on what to do and an amazing breakfast in the morning to get you started!

Location was great, a short walk from the central part of the city. Room was big with a city view. Staff were very helpful and nice. Laundry service was good. Breakfast was nice. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower but they fixed it immediately.

Lovely family, nice restaurant, located in a quite place. A cold season so cold rooms. Bring plenty of clothes unlike me.

The location is okay The dormitory was not the best, maybe single bedrooms are better The bed sheets were really old and looked dirty with holes, not much equipment in the bathrooms (I had to ask for a hair dryer)

The hosts were very kind and hospitable. They did their best to make my stay pleasant. The location is calm and still only 5-10 minutes to the touristic central part of the town.

A fabulous stay! The location is excellent, providing easy access to everything. The staff was impeccable, always attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, especially Pho. The room are very clean and well decorated, ensuring a great night of rest. Would definitely return in the next visits Too short stay ?

Shower was hot, it was fine because the room was moldy, wet and cold so I really enjoyed the hot shower at least when the promised fireplace wasn’t any part of this room. Almost everything, firstly, it wasn’t easy to find the building, because the map of booking linked to the different name of the hotel. When we finally came to the hotel, the room in which we should be, wasn’t the room we expected, because The balcony was missing and room looked much worse and smaller than on the picture. Fireplace was only in front of the reception and when we wanted to warm up around the fireplace the whole family of the property came to heat baguettes here. When I complained about missing balcony and fireplace which was decrypted as a big advantage of this room, we were moved to much worse room than we ordered but with balcony. It was smelly like chickens were accommodated here for a couple of months. Also it was moldy and wet and so cold. The shower waste get clogged and the water was in the whole bathroom. The stuff repaired it and promised to clean it but it get dry after the whole day. The breakfast was tasty, but coffee was disgusting. I would not go here again and I would not recommend.
