The staff are very nice people who helped us a lot. They helped us bring up and down the luggage and gave us good travel tips.

None except location. I was definitely the victim of the fake room pictures and 8.7 rating (due to the dishonest good reviews) displayed on Booking.com. They can be quite misleading. Our experience was SO disappointing. The room was not clean, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the furniture looked quite old and dusty. Within an hour of checking in, a bug was crawling in the linen (see attached pictures), which was disgusting! At that point, we just couldn’t stand to stay in that room anymore!! For those looking for honest reviews, it might be better to check Google rather than rely solely on Booking. I strongly recommend that Booking consider removing this hotel from its listings unless substantial improvements are verified, to help future travelers.

The Hotel is in a great location, rooms are large, the beds comfortable, even though far from luxury. No lifts, no central heating, I used the hair dryer to warm up the room a bit, however, cold hotel rooms are common in Sa Pa. I didn't ask the manager, who is a lovely and kind person, for a heater, which he would probably have provided. In any case, for the money it's a fantastic deal close to many attractions cafes and bars. Mind that on google maps the address is wrong, so in the grab app, better use Hotel Horizon next door as reference. It's next to a beautiful vegan restaurant/cafe, where vegan and not can have a lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very good price. I will probably go back there if I needed to return to Sa Pa City.

To communicate, we ended up using a translator. But it's fun and uncomplicated.

We had a great time in Sapa. The Hotel was very Clean and the staff was friendly.

Property was great for the price, all you could ask for. The owners are really lovely and hospitable we sat around and drink tea and ate fruit. Location is close to the Main Street but just off of it so not super busy. Very clean, comfortable and homely.

There was a lot of construction noise from nearby. And the windows are closed by neighboring buildings, so no natural light. But again, the price reflects these defects.

We arrived late at night and were able to check in. Breakfast was included and you get a menu to choose from. They offered to book a ticket to fansipan for us for no extra cost. They let us keep the room for the whole day at the check out day so we could leave our luggage there, go exploreing and have a shower before checking out in the evening. The room was very spacious and they had heating mattresses that made the bed extra comfy. The pice was really, really cheap so we didn't expect much. But other than some mold on the wall (guess it's not unusual when u are literally living in the clouds half of the year) it was fine.

The manager welcomed us with hot tea when we arrived at 6 am. We couldn’t check in immediately because all rooms were full, but they allowed us to check in as soon as a room became available. It was cleaned and ready for us quickly. One bed had an electric heater which was much appreciated in the february cold. Our breakfast was delicious - the pancake was especially tasty! The manager and family were so friendly and helpful, their warmth made up for the outdoor chill. A heater in the room would have been great the days we were there.

Very good location, quick laundry service and very friendly welcoming staff Beds are hard, unclean (bathroom and bedding), staff should clear the balcony area from broken roof tiles and metal sheet (unsafe).
