Very accomodating owner.

Good location, excellent staff, such an amazing family. I was there for my birthday, and Tuong’s father treated me to plum wine toasts, and Truong got me a birthday cake that we ate with his family. They arrange all sorts of tours and treks, but they still helped me decide where to trek independently. I cant say enough about them. The room was very comfortable, too. Nothing.

Had the perfect stay at this guesthouse. The owner is fantastic, very helpful, even helped with a taxi as I left, and sending something to hanoi that I forgot. bed was super comfy, heated blanket too! great hot shower as well, and a nice view from the windows. could not ask for a better trekking base for sure.

The location is good, it's in the center and near everything. I found hair strands on the bedsheets. Towels were not clean and it smells like it hadn't been cleaned.

It was all good until I tried to pay the two following days but the price was double. I arrived 8.30pm and paid the BOOKING.COM price saying I would stay a further two nights and pay after a visit to an ATM in the morning. They assured me that was OK, but in the morning they advised I pay the new price which was almost double!

My stay was fantastic! The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable. Great location and excellent service—I highly recommend it!

Convenient location, right in town with nearby restaurants, cafes. Spacious room, comfortable bed, everything just worked. No heating (air con remote not available). Temperatures were 5 degrees & below during my stay. Bed did however have electric blankets, but during the night, don't want to leave that turned on.
-
Air-conditioning it's not functioning, but you can adjust with windows and you can hear sometimes the voices of loud guests at daytime of course.

Centrally located very good value for money
-
at the same place so you can buy tickets for bus or tours there

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are very comfortable and have heat up mattress. The staff are vert friendly and helpful. We were able to have late check out and use hot water at the lobby.

No breakfast, you need to arrange your own

Good location Bathroom was dirty, toilet was super dirty with poop on it not washed away. The bed made terribly loud and uncomfortable, it made a sound which was SO squeaky as if you are hurting it every time you move.

Mister Tuong can help you with anything. From arranging (last minute) tours to giving information about Vietnam. I also got a place to shower and rest before the night bus after the Fansipan hike which was really nice. Really recommend this place!

Superb

It was full of cockroaches and the bedsheets were stained! The staff was not nice and we had to change accommodation during the stay due to the lack of Higiene

I had an issue with my motorbike being messed around with. People think they can just move your property from the hotel location without permission. It had a raincover over it, but another neighbour decided to remove it. For the first time in 6 years living in Vietnam, I had to use my wheel lock.
