Even though it is a budget hotel, you can say they are giving the best quality of service for their guests. They allowed us early checkin. The room and the view are clean and really nice. The location is also perfect if you want to roam around Sapa Center. One more highlight is their breakfast-it is really great and perfect. Upon checkout, uncle also gave us biscuits and water. None

I like the location, it was in the center of Sapa, the shops and restaurants are just in the vicinity. The owner, Mr Dao was very accommodating and very polite, and the breakfast was very good also. The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay for our 3 night stay with my family. When we checked out early in the morning, I was surprised that Mr Dao had even a sandwich for each of us, that was so kind of him. Thank you very much Mr Dao.

There was loud construction at the building next door while I was there. It started very early. I get up early but it might bother some people.

Great location, the hotel is located in the middle of Sapa. The Bathroom is old, the shower head doesn‘t produce normal jet. Insects came out. Bedroom wall was old. The second night was raining the whole day and there was a water leaking from bedroom’s ceiling. The staff walked in my room wirh her outside-shoes on and wiped the floor (using her foot with a shoe on)with our towels. The cleaniness of Breakfast-room is quesionable, beacause many „unused“ plates were already oily. I don’t understand how they got a compliment on „good Breakfast“ and 9+ rating. I booked here because of the good Reviews and Rating point. But it‘s barely 7 out of 10. if the reviews and rating are straightforwardly then other people would have had fair reasons to pick the other hotels. (P.s. I got contacted by the manager to “not” write a bad review, but this review is a fact and also fair for other customers)

We love how the hotel is near to the top attractions in Sa Pa. Mr. Dao and Mr. Weachtoni are very hospitable to us and very kind always smiling, always asking if we are okay or if do we need anything. The breakfast is exceptional, I personally love it all. Additionally, before we go to Ha Noi, they even give us snacks and bottled water to eat on the bus, they are very thoughtful. We really recommend SAPA KING HOTEL.
