Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The location is ideal, perched up in the hills with breathtaking views of the Muong Hoa Valley and rice terraces. The Skybar was absolutely the highlight; watching the sunset over the mountains with a drink in hand was pure magic. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and had floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the landscape like a painting. The staff were incredibly attentive and helped us arrange a wonderful trekking tour with a local guide. The breakfast spread was generous, with great pho and fresh fruit to start the day. We also loved the warm, cozy vibe, perfect after a chilly Sapa morning. Not a single thing, it was a dream stay in every way. We honestly couldn't have asked for more.

We had a pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel & Skybar. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring Sapa, and the views from the hotel were beautiful. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

Location, location, location. I loved that it's in the center of the city, but far from the chaos of downtown. Service was great. Staff was very nice and attentive. Loved the afternoon tea service. And the restaurant serves a great menu. None.

Well located. Rooms and hotel are ok The room seemed to have been used. Maybe someone did check in and changed rooms. Someone forgot food inside but no one checked , no hair shampoo (sorry too late for asking after you are wet under the shower) bed cover was dirty as if someone had placed a suitcase …
