It’s a nice modern hotel. Lobby is very nice. We had the two-story family room. It was extremely dark with very dim lighting. I asked for a change of light bulbs but the hotel didn’t offer it. To make things worse, any daylight was blocked from coming into living area by a permanent metal decor feature attached to the window. The darkness of the room really dampened our stay. Coupled with the nighttime lightning and thunder, my daughter said this was the most “ominous” room. The hotel itself is very nice and a few minutes walk to town. However, we had to walk through muddy roads and heavy construction. Wished I had booked elsewhere. We were so happy to check out after 3 nights.

Wonderful hotel staffs. Very helpful The location need about 5-10mins walk to Sapa Square. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful and quiet.

The hotel have a fabulous view, the rooms were great with a balcony towards it. Spa was amazing, we got a great treat! Breakfast was great! We had good time! The location is great, close to the vew but 10 minutes walk from the center. But if I had to choose, I would choose it again!

Super location overlooking Sapa mountains, great staff and wonderful breakfast. The kind staff upgraded me to the junior suite. Wished I stayed longer than just two nights. A bit uphill of a walk from town, but not steep until last 100 meters or so

Literally everything here was perfect. The hotel is beautiful! The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedding clean and soft. The bathroom clean and large. The staff were so wonderful, not at all pushy, just so friendly and accommodating to any request. One of our two rooms was upgraded to a room with the most beautiful view. The breakfast was incredible. The location perfect. We were able to access a private room to shower before our evening train back to Hanoi. They offered a good price for the shuttle from Lao Cai. We were incredibly happy here and would highly recommend! There was no English channel on the tv which was only a tiny inconvenience for our kids.

All aspects of the hotel were above expectations, staff wonderful, dining room staff outstanding, view was magnificent and room was spotless nothing

Almost everything was great ! From the room to the view, to the location and the staff. The breakfast was really disappointing. Not living up to the expectations, and also lacking some choice. We ended up going for breakfast in town the next day.

My stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony with a great view. The television was beautifully personalized with a welcome message. The staff on arrival are very attentive, and willing to accommodate guest that arrive at unusual times if, circumstance allow. There is also a shower that you can use if you arrive before check-in, which was fantastic for me because I arrived really early from my transfer bus. And lastly, the location was really convenient and safe (especially for a solo traveler)! I researched the early arrival shower access before arriving, but it would have been nice for them to bring it up when I arrived around 5am. But I'm happy they were patient and attentive!

Even though the location was tucked away from the bustling streets, we preferred this as it was nice and peaceful and got a good view of the infamous train with scenery! Beds comfortable, staff very attentive, good breakfast selection. Nothing to say bad about!

The restaurant served an excellent breakfast with lots of options and we also enjoyed their dinner service as well. The location offered beautiful views and a quiet stay since the hotel is down a road away from the center of town. However, we were able to walk to most places we needed within 15 minutes. The room was large, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Our balcony was a very nice spot to enjoy the morning with a cup of tea, watching the train to Fansipan pass by and enjoying the bird song. We utilized the spa for traditional herbal baths, which we would highly recommend! They were such a nice way to relax after a day of hiking or exploring. If we returned to Sapa, we would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The rooms have fairly dim lighting. This makes for a very relaxing atmosphere, but I wish there was better lighting at the bathroom mirror.

Beautiful location ? Mountain Views quiet for sitting outside yet, a short walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. We like to workout during our stays away from home. Workout area could use a good cleaning and be maintained better.

Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Location was a little hard to find with our driver's GPS, but we did finally find it. Nothing.
