The location, the view and the staff made our stay outstanding! Also they are generous with the toiletries. Its my first time to experience that a hotel/homestay is providing disposable razor. There’s no elevator but the view, the location, the staff whose really doing their job perfectly, made our stay perfect.

The view is amazing but I wasn’t really comfortable there. The room is not soundproof; you can literally hear your neighbor walking, talking and screaming. The room is shaking when someone walks. You can hear people sing in the middle of the night and construction nearby in the morning. The only thing that I love about this place is the receptionist, she was super proactive and warm. The guy taking orders in the restaurant was rude though. It’s not soundproof and you can hear literally everything what your neighbor is doing

I loved everything about this hotel! Being cat-friendly was a huge highlight, they have some adorable cats on-site, and I loved playing with them. The breakfast buffet was both delicious and very affordable, and it’s hard to beat eating while watching the mountains and the monorail pass by. Our room was super spacious with a gorgeous view, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Plus, their shampoo smells amazing! Highly recommend! The only downside was that the bathroom floor is quite slippery. You have to be careful, especially for older guests, as there is a risk of slipping. I hope the hotel considers adding non-slip mats to help prevent any accidents.

The unlimited monorail view. Cleanliness is not very consistent. Especially the comfort room which has molds.

The place is centrally located, walking distance from the sapa center, it has a very nice view, very aesthetic. The staff are not too accomodating, my fiance had to bring our luggages from 4th floor down using the stairs, they are not too friendly or approachable when you asked them something, i dont know it’s a language barrier but i just compared my stay at hanoi which we had a good experience there especially from staff. I think staff can do better in this hotel especially for its reputation. Overall i still enjoy the view of this hotel.
