The location is just across the train to Fansipan.

We will definitely come again and recommend this accommodation. The sloppy driveway needs to exert extra effort to go up and down, a form of exercise in a way.

The hitel location is great, close to the SaPa center, the staff hospitality is a plus and very accommodating and caring. You can see the Fansipan tram in your window. Nothing to complain about?

You can see (when not foggy)the funicular passing by. The location close to Sapa Station . I booked a standard room and the front desk told me that their standard room doesn’t include heat .They should be specific on their room descriptions that standard doesn’t include heat. I’m just wondering is it standard for all hotels to provide heat especially when there is winter on that certain city. I was surprised actually. We end up upgrading our room which is unexpected expenses . I can probably find a better hotel for the price I paid for. I will not recommend this hotel if you are a single traveller . The street going to the hotel at night is very dark. It is not safe if you walk from the city center to the hotel. When checking out or in asked for assistance to carry your luggage as they are few steps that you have to take and it’s not safe.

The location was close to the Sapa station and has a very good view of the train. We have a spacious room and bathroom. The room was always clean. The staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast was very good!

Joville Sapa Hotel was a lovely place to stay—clean rooms, warm ambiance, and a team that made us feel genuinely welcome. The location is convenient for exploring Sapa, and the mountain views added an extra touch of charm. A comfortable, quiet, and pleasant stay overall. The open-area tiles get very slippery when it gets wet due to the frequent drizzles—one of my friends slipped, and a child slipped on the same spot the next day. It would help to add non-slip rubber mats during rainy weather or consider switching to outdoor non-slip tiles.

I loved everything about this hotel and would stay here again! The staff were wonderful and the views are amazing. Great breakfast and restaurant on site. Newer building with comfortable rooms and walking distance to many places in Sapa.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. they clean daily as well. this hotel has potential if interior can be upgraded. also every night there is karaoke party and it’s kind of noisy. from time to time, i can also smell cigarettes around the area.
